The Old Barn Inn

Stayed here during the Wales Open Golf Tournanment at the Celtic Manor and the location was excellent...right next to the M4 (about 3 mins) and only a short £6.00 taxi ride to Celtic Manor. The owners and staff were engaging and friendly and service overall was spot on. The rooms are practically brand new and are furnished and styled in a classy and relaxing way. Our large family stayed here while attending a family funeral. Family members arrived at various times throughout a Thursday night and all of us were made to feel very welcome by the Undermanager, Russell, who was charming, friendly and polite at all times. The rooms, which have been recently renovated, are gorgeous - comfortable beds, delightful decor and very clean, with large walk-in showers.
