Hotel Hotetur Vistanova

I stayed in the Vista nova apartments in July.It is not in palma nova its Magaluf.Way to noisy walls are like paper you can hear every one coming and leaving the apartments all hours of the night/morning.The rooms are very small,But I can say they were cleaned every morning and fresh towels left.The breakfast was nice.Pool was quiet small.Its central but would defently not go back.I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.There are hardly any Irish in the arpartments.I did have a good hoilday but would NOT go back to MAGALUF its more like MAGASPOOF

I stayed here for two nights for my nieces hen do....I have been to Magaluf and already new it is MAD!!! We stayed in two hotels for 2 nights before being finally allocated this hotel for the reminder of our stay. This hotel was sooo quiet compaired to the others. Our room was nice, clean and the view was great. It was a little noisy but after a few beers yourself you will soon drop off to sleep. The walls are thin and we heard the next door neighbours having sex one afternoon!! so beware be quiet!!! The shower was very powerful and towels changed regularly. On the 2nd morning we found out we were B&B, so had breakfast it was very nice too and obviously FREE!! Overall the hotel was nice for the centre of MAGALUF...if you want to be in MAGALUF and be at the quiet end rather than the strip stay in the BARBADOS/ANTILLAS, we stayed there with our son and it was fantastic. The weather was great, the pool area very pleasant but no nearly enough sun loungers. But Palma Nove and Magaluf beaches are 5 mins walk in each direction. I would definately go back to MAGALUF but would find a hotel at the other end of MAGALUF or Palma Nova and walk to the strip as it was full of druken men on stag dos!!!! The girls were so mild compaired to them english louts!!

this hotel is amazing and the staff were great.definately coming here again

quite dissapointing....decent enough service....very basic accomodation...you really need a safe deposit box....money and cigarettes taken from rooms...hotel staff on reception not interested.....def wont be back

we have just come back home from stopping at this hotel, it was noisy and basic , but we had a great time there, its very near to a lovely beach, and the pool at the hotel was fine too ,, the food was ok, you will find something you like cos there is a lot of choice,, you are in the middle of the magaluf bars,, and if you like partying you will love it here xx we would go back,,

Stayed here in June, with another couple, all aged 23.
After reading some of the other reviews it sounded like we were going to need the ear plugs all night with a really loud location and robberies from the staff.
Well, I DISAGREE....
We were on the 4th floor and our room backed onto the strip. I am quite a light sleeper especially if there is beating music going on. But it was fine! It's not like you're living in the country, don't get me wrong, but it's not as loud as people are making out. BESDIE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT????!

We had to have our balcony doors open because of the heat, but still with the doors open it was very easy to sleep.
I can't comment on the robberies, just that we didnt get anything robbed. Just be careful, like you would in any public place.
The breakfast was a bargain aswell for what we paid each, (I think about 50 pounds for b+b for 5 days).
PERFECT LOCATION TOO! You have the choice of Palma nova, a little quieter place and nice retaurant setting for couples... and over the other side of the beach, the magaluf strip.
It's a 5 minute walk to everything.
Ignore the bad ones, you get what you pay for! Bargain!

me and my friend came here for my 21 b day in september we did not get off to the best of start but that irrelvent we only manage to get down to breakfast rwice because of the partyin the staff are well laid back me and my friend playes loud music till early hours in the mornin and we did not get any complaint although it a club 18-30 and twenty it fun for all ages the music they played could be differernt it the same song day in day out the food was delcious we met a really nice family my advice i go here

At first i was daunted by stayin here as i read a lot of bad reviews. great location if your young and gonna be out partying and can handle lack of sleep although we caught up with siestas in the afternoon when it was quieter.
just off the strip so we literally fell into bed from being out.
Staff fairly pleasant, breakfast was brilliant!
Not much to do during the day at vista nova and pool is not the best but i would stay here again due to location. Definitely not for older people or families, as its most definitely party central!

My husband& I stayed here for 14 long, noisy nights.After 4 nights we had to be moved because of the constant din from above us and each side of us by OAPs from mainland Spain.Constant loud shouting voices and door slamming late into the night.After 4 nights in the second room we had to complain again because of the constant noise from heavy shoes/high heels,door slamming and dragging of furniture across the floor late into the night,every night,.The people above were warned twice but still persisted in annoying us and denying us sleep until after 2am.Even though we complained many times we were expected to move!!!The reception staff would NOT move the Spanish people.No noise at all from our british neighbours next door!!
The noise from the strip went on into the night until 3-4am!!!Every night.The food was ok but cold.Restaurant staff we found very friendly.Reception staff unhelpful and rude.Cleaning staff very nice and did good job.
Overall if you are over 45 do NOT touch this hotel,also if you have a family as you will not get any peace at all.Walls are too thin, you can hear everything!!!!We have nick named this place "MEGARUFF"Avoid this place and this hotel like the plague!!!!!

MY friends and myself stayed at the hotel for four nights for my Hen weekend. Hotel is very basic but clean. Rooms are small, but my sister in law was lumbered with the smallest room I have ever seen!
The hotel pool is like a zoo, so we went to the beach everyday which is a 5 minute walk and it's lovely. The hotel is really buzzing all day and night and if your not bothered about sleeping then you will love it, but I would strongly recommend families to stay away!
Overall we had a fantastic time Magalluf is great fun, would go back, but would probably stay at a different hotel.
