Barcelo Sants is a great hotel to base yourself. Directly above the railway station (absolutely no noise so you wouldn’t know!) you can get a train direct from the airport to your hotel for just a few Euros. Transport into town is REALLY easy by bus or metro - we recommend you use the tourist bus on your first day to decide where you will spend your time as there is just too much to see. We even walked from the Ramblas back to our hotel one evening, it was easy and only took 30 minutes or so.
Breakfast is not included but worth treating yourself to, it’ll set you up for the day and means you don’t have to spend a fortune on lunch in town, especially if you sneak a few pastries out!
It may not be in the heart of Barcelona but it is a reasonably priced hotel with easy access, quiet (unlike some central hotels!) with a fitness area, piano bar and friendly staff.

It makes it a convenient spot to be!
10 minutes on the metro to La Ramblas and easy to get anywhere in Barcelona! Very highly recommended!
