this hotel is amazing not only for the room sizes but bathrooms are amazing worth upgrading for superior room bathroom is big as bedroom , the pool is on the roof on 33rd floor with spectacular views bar is amazing , went with family 2 year old and 3 year old loved it to bits breakfast is top class book this hotel online u will save pounds. hope this was helpfull . o yes one more thing the massage spa room is amazing !!!

Stayed here for 3 nights in May, I would highly recommend it, especially for the price! We stayed in a one bedroom suite, the room was huge and the bathroom is the biggest I have ever seen. The furniture is ok, but still a good experience. Hotel staff are very friendly, spa treatments are very reasonably priced. I stayed in the Studio Suite for 2 nights. I was very impressed with the decor of the hotel - simple but modern. I also loved the room. Big, comfy, modern and clean. The bathroom was great as well.....big shower stall and lots of large fluffy towels! The ammenities in the room were very good. Only one problem - the TV seemed to have lots of Astro channels but I could hardly watch any of them cos the transmission was so bad. Service was very good. Not even a half-star hotel...but self-named 5 stars! Service to customer is unexisting. Lobby rennovation works have been under progress for the last 7 months; half lift for the entire hotel, cheap breakfast, lack of choice, poor quality (fried croissants and out of date milk), poor choice of tv channels. Rooms are large, but old furnished. House keeping is perfect and nice (only positive point).

The rooms were amazing, massive and very modern. The facilities were really top notch and the view from the window amazing. The restaurant was lovely and the rooftop bar was amazing, we felt like film stars. Definitely visit the bar with the swimming pool in the centre, but be aware of the dress code (we didn't know about it and were (quite rudely) refused entry! Walking into the small reception room was disappointing. The reception was manned by one person regardless of how many people were waiting. The carpet had lots of stains on it and the customer chairs were grubby and stained like those you get in a car garage waiting area. But and it's a big BUT, the receptionist was friendly and efficient. You couldn't get to your floor without an electronic key to operate the lift, so unless you were staying there you couldn't go any further than the restaurant or bar - great security. stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, after staying in a large number of hotels throughout our trip this was one of our favs. Buffet breakfast was yummy, the cheapest studio room that we got was absolutly massive (included kitchen which wasn't used once - opps!) and was clean. I had no financial problems and they had first class staff and facilities. I loved the free Wi-Fi throughout the building. I was on the so so side of the building because my view didn't have too much of the sky line. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was gorgeous. A bit too western for my lady, could have used that handy water hose found in eastern hotels. Wish it could have been a shorter walking distance to the large shopping malls. Do not give your credit card number to these people even to secure a reservation. I did and they charged RM 344.85 to my card without any reason or authorization. When I found this on my statement three months later they said it was a "mistake." However, they would not do anything about taking it off until I threatened legal action, which I still fully intend to follow through with. I faxed Mr. Wilmington all the documents and he did nothing about this until I threatened to report him and his bosses to the local police.
