Nazos Hotel

The true is that the room that this nice couple had booked was not with a sea view. Rooms with a sea view were costing then 20 euro more . The reason that I did show them other kind of rooms was that we like our guests to get the best we can offer , that day we had a cancellation and a room with kitchen facilities and a big veranda was free . We never had an intention to gain more money from anyone for services that we don’t offer. That’s why me and my father we never get money for transfers from and to our hotel .And as you say finally we agreed to give you the nice room and as you said you did not have to pay anything extra. You know to be kind and let a guest stay in a more expensive room than they have booked is rewarded with kind of a review? As for the comment about the Nazos Family.. Our family we are trying so many years as long as I remember to serve tourists on the island of Mykonos and we are always there even for guests that they are not staying to us at our hotel. We consider what we are doing not a business as you are saying but as our life. Any way we hope next time that you will book with us to make sure that you want a room with a sea view with the official price and this is the only one that you will get Best regards George Nazos
