Adonis Hotel

This hotel is a beautiful owner run, small hotel. Owners and staff were friendly and very helpful around the hotel, but also with appropriate suggestions for activities for our family. We had two rooms, one was a triple for our young adult kids and the other for my wife and self. Both were great. Outstanding design the whole way through. Also the access to the walking town shops and transportation to the beaches were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

My fiance and I stayed at Hotel Adonis in August, 2006 and let me just say ,we were very impressed. The hotel is spotless!! The buffet breakfast is excellent!!! The people who work there are sooo friendly and treated us like gold and we were within walking distance to the town which was great!!! We would highly recommend this hotel!!

Amazing location, price, hospitality, and rooms. Simple yet classy, steps from town yet quiet. If you are looking to be close to the action and feel like your hosts are your friends, look no further. This hotel is one of the best run I have ever been to. Can't wait to go back!

We only got to stay at this hotel for less than 24 hours but it left a great impression. After staying at a few Greek hotels with dodgy service, the friendly, helpful staff at the Adonis were such a breath of fresh air. The room (superior double?) was gorgeous. It was big, modern, had nice sized bathroom, and a balcony with a great view. All for a fraction of the price we paid for a much-less impressive room on Santorini. Very disappointing. The website implied all rooms had a balcony, the room we were given was below ground. Of course an immediate "upgrade" was offered at 3 times the price. Even at that outrageous price the room faced North and was damp. On checking out the owner did not offer us an itemised bill and when we queried the amount he discovered he had calculated the bill wrongly by 453 Euros - in his favour. Luckily we had a further week at a magnificent hotel at less than a third of the price of the Adonis.

We stayed at Adonis hotel for 4 nights in sept 06 and had a wonderful stay. Someone picked us up from the airport the first day and dropped us off at the port the last. The hotel staff were wonderful. Roz and Michael ( the owners) were so nice and inviting. They have had people stay at their hotel year after year since they've opened their doors. Easily one of the most special places I've ever stayed on vacation. It's like staying with family in the most beautiful family home ever. Rooms are sparkling and gorgeous. Feel homey and not hotel-ish. Staff are truly unbeatable and make you feel like you are an old friend. Roz and Mihal (sp?) are wonderful and more than happy to give you advice on where to eat, what beach to go to, etc. (and they're always spot on). Breakfast was truly divine. Just returned from a week stay at the Adonis Hotel. My family and I had a wonderful time. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate. The views were beautiful. The location was perfect. I only wish I were back on the veranda watching the sunset! Thank you Mihali and Roz for providing such a lovely hotel.

I picked this hotel b/c of the positive reviews everyone here gave themm here. I traveled with 2 friends and we were all extremely happy with the service, room, and prices here. Roz was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite which I highly recommend. Everyone was so nice and breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect...walking distance to dinner and nightlife.
