Great airport hotel, sparkly clean, wonderful staff, reasonable rate.
We were able to check in at 11am, without an additional charge. New hotel, so it's super clean.
Perfect Airport Hotel
This just opened hotel is perfect for one night at the Airport. The rooms are clean and modern, a ok Restaurant and a smoking bar (licensed = they serve alcohol) make the stay comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Free parking is also available. the only negative thing is that it is really hard to find by car... but we finally managed it :-)
Good value for money, Excellent hotel to stay.
Nice and new hotel, the service is really good and staff are very helpful and friendly always with a smile. Breakfast was limited, continental but it’s all what I need, also it’s inclusive with the room rate which is unusual for Dubai! I had also the chance to have dinner and food was extremely tasty. I would definitely come back every time I have stop over.
lovely hotel with friendly staff
i have stayed at this hotel for 3 days and i have to say that it was really great value for money..staff are really friendly and i was very surprised with the high quality versas same brand in europe or uk..if this hotel would offer room service it would be 4 star with 5 star service! Staff recognized me all the time and called me by name in many occasion..it was great to access the parking plenty of spaces, also the housekeeping were extremely friendly..i will always stay at this hotel for the ideal location next to the airport..this is... more
Hotel needs time to sort itself out
The best way to describe this new hotel is to call it the Heathrow Terminal 5 Hotel equivalent. Just hope it gets better, just like T5 has done over time from when it opened, but as a new hotel I would expect the service to be much much better. Example, I pick up a Wifi signal for the hotel on my laptop, but know one can give me the password, just keep getting told to “stick wire in wall and it will be charged to room”. 5 minute minutes from Airport, Comfortable beds, good value for money with efficient service
I enjoyed my stay because the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was free pickup from the Airport, where I had arrived in Terminal 3 and the pickup point was at Departure Gate 3, so that was simple and straight forward. The room was asthetically pleasing and there was everything you needed like internet and tea and coffee facility and a mini fridge in the room. Newly opened
Just in the opposite of Terminal 3 in Dubai, actually visible from the terminal but no way you can get to the hotel without a shuttle or a taxi. We were told the free hotel shuttle would take us to the hotel every hour, unfortunately, the pick-up place happens to be on the DEPARTURE level which was not told. A taxi to the hotel 35 AED. The 2nd time were were right on the spot by the Exit 3 on departure level - no bus on the scheduled time. A taxi to the hotel 30 AED. Could have been better....
Holiday Inns website didn't have pictures, however knowing that it was a newer hotel gave me some comfort. If you are there for a night (like I was), it is an okay place. However, I would not stay longer. Here is where they fell short of my expectations. 1) I arrive at 8pm and it took about 45 minutes to check in. A person was working on checking me in, made a call to see if my room was ready, etc. I went back to the desk in 20 minutes to see the status and she turned me over to someone else who then actually got the process going.... more

Regarding your comment about the delay at check in is regretted and I will be addressing this challenge with the team to ensure a smooth check in process for our guests. With regards to the fire alarm early in the morning, I fully understand the inconvenience caused, however our guests safety come first and we do take this point very seriously, we have a very advanced fire protection and alarm system that detect smoke at any area in the building, we have a well trained fire response team that will immediately investigate the matter and take the appropriate action. Regarding your comment about the size of the room, we are inline with Holiday Inn Express Brand Standard which offer our guests value for money, despite the size difference with other brand categories our rooms are modern and fully equipped such as “great power shower”, mini fridge and safe box, high speed internet, satellite TV with free movie channel and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. With regards to the bathroom toiletries, we follow the brand standard of Holiday Inn Express worldwide, however we have placed a tent card in our guest bathrooms advising our guests the availability of some additional free of charge amenities that can be provided upon request such as shaving kit, dental kit, cotton pads and nail file With regards to our Breakfast, unfortunately as a Holiday Inn Express we do not offer hot breakfast, currently we offer a continental breakfast with boxed cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices, toast with preserves, yoghurt and sliced cheese. Excellent Service and Rooms
The hotel is located only 5 minutes from Dubai International airport (opposite terminal 3). We stayed here during a stopover to Bangkok in March 2010. Rooms are large, clean and equiped with all you need. Rooms are very quiet and there are no noises from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room rate is great and include breakfast. Pickup from airport can also be arranged. Booking via internet page was fast and with soon response from the Hotel. We visted the hotel before official opening.
