This budget hotel is definately one to avoid. Accomodation tiny, noisy, dirty, food awful, entertaiment shocking, atmosphere uncomfortable. After arriving and being "processed" we entered our room then wished we had stayed at home. Four single beds pushed together and a cot left just enough room to squeeze through to the balcony. Having an eighteen month old son I was concerned with the size of the gaps in the corners, and the state of repair to the floor and sides of the balcony. Just come back from this hotel. Two weeks of sleeples nights!! Most of the food was inedable, repetative and plain crap. The hotel staff had no control over guests just let them run riot day and night. Every night woken up by drunks early morning. Two nights the Civil Guarde were ruunung round the corridors with theirs guns and batons out rounding up people. The entertainment was a joke, one speaker for the whole room, barstaff obvioisley bored and ignorant. If you want to stay in Salou find another hotel.

I went to this hotel with my 11 year old son. It was a last minute break booked on the internet. I started to read some of the reviews on it after I had paid and I was more than a little nervous when it came to going. The hotel looks lovely and is very clean apart from the bar area where drinks are spilled regularly. The room was quite small but big enough to sleep in. That I'm afraid are all the good points. We arrived at the hotel and we were not booked although the receptionists were really nice and booked us in most of the staff were polite although there are a few who were a bit grumpy at times. The food was great and there was a wide variety and its suitable for children. The swimming pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeads and chairs for you to lie on. there was 13 of us went from Northern Ireland and thought it was great, the size of the rooms werent great and there was no kitchen facilitie in the rooms but the only time your in the room is to sleep, wash and change! I loved the food, plenty of variety, starters, main courses and deserts. Frys every morning, boiled eggs, toast and cereal also available. How could anyone complain about this hotel. i thought it was great , everything about this hotel , except the size of the rooms , but honestly the only time ur in there is to sleep , so you know , who cares the entertainment was absolutely brilliant and the food was really good a good variety even thought i am a really picky eater i found it really nice . i thought rabbit m.j collin and amy ( the entertainers ) were awsome . love jem XxXxXxXxXxXxX

the food was repetative we were eating out most of the time the walls are paper thin you could hear a pin drop the beds were knackered the bar stank apart from that had a great time
