Dear Mogowl I am terribly sorry to hear about your experience at The Yas Hotel recently. From what you have described, the service you received was uncharacteristically low for The Yas Hotel. While we realise that the futuristic and modern technology and design of the hotel will not always be to everyone’s taste we do strive to ensure that everyone’s experience is 5 tar and flawless. Because we did not deliver this to you, I sincerely apologise. I would like to assure you that your comments have been taken seriously and have been addresses with each of the departments involved.
