" ok but german orientated "

just got back from a week at the faliraki beach hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice and is always being cleaned. rooms are very small but are cleaned regularly. I would only recommend coming to this hotel if you are german or austrian. The hotel entertainment, food and drink is all based around german tourists. most of the entertainment is in german. the food is all geared towards the germans and the germans were always getting served first at the bars. even the fliers for the different entertainment nights were are in german. all in all i would NOT recommend coming to this hotel if you are english. the hotel obviously deals with mainly german travel companies and therefore caters for them. Look for a different hotel and ask about food entertainment etc. You will soon think you are in germany and not faliraki. all in all a big dissapointment. food is crap, entertaiment would be nice if it they had a variety to cater for others aswell as the germans. all inclusive drinks are served in half glasses so you will have to keep queing up for drinks more regularly, although to be fair the drinks werent watered down at all.The hotel is literally right next to the beach and a 2 minute walk from the bars and restaurant and clubs etc. i would recommend liquid nightclub or q bar.they are the best places to go. dont go to tiger tiger club its always empty . it costs 5 euros a drink in the clubs so make sure you have plenty to drink in the hotel or bars before going into the clubs. prices in the surrounding bars arent too bad at about 3 euros a pint but the touts will drag you into the various bars and offer you good deals like free shots and pints of vodka +redbull. all in all faliraki is a decent place to go but not as good as it used to be. just make sure you pick a decent hotel and that will help make all the difference.hope this was of some help?! :-)

" Only back from a fantastic week in... "

Only back from a fantastic week in the Faliraki Beach Hotel. Although the food and rooms were more like a 3 star hotel the rest of the holiday was 5 star. Very clean and tidy throughout the complex. Excellent location only a few mionutes walk to the shops and resturants and if you fancy a walk you could access the water park by foot taking probably about 30 mins. Otherwise 5 euro in a taxi brings you to one of the best water parks in Europe. But the best about this hotel is the excellent entertainment organised by the hotels own animation team. Never stopped laughing and having fun from morning to night-time. The two guys are very perfessional and again excellent family entertainment. Came back home after a week very relaxed and refreshed, cant wait to go back.
