Romeo Hotel

We were a bit concerned when we booked about the position of this hotel right opposite the port where the cruise ships docked but in fact it was ideal. Although on a busy road the rooms were extremely quiet and well furnished with glass walls to the shower and well designed lighting. and everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were very efficient and pleasant as suits a 5 star hotel. The roof top spa and gym had amazing views over the bay - a lovely place to watch the lights come on over Naples. A stylish hotel well located for the centre of Naples and the ferry port. Run by very pleasant staff who unlike many design based hotels did not adopt an air of superiority. We were upgraded immediately to a superior room which was very comfortable and hard to find fault with. Great view of the Bay of Naples. Staff couldn't be more helpful with restaurant recommendations and similar. On a main road but 100% soundproofed.

I chose Hotel Romeo based on its rating on TA, as usual. This turned out to be the absolute bright spot of Napoli, which is a fairly nasty city. Well, Hotel Romeo is a total oasis amongst the grime, grit and graffit of Napoli. We stayed 2 nights and fell in love with the uniqueness of the place and also the impeccable service. An elegant, contemporary Hotel with convenient location on the Bay of Naples. A luxurious room was a welcome retreat after each day of touring about. No detail over-looked. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They provided excellent service during our stay. Convenient location. Highly recommended.

Having frequented and stayed at many 5 ★ hotels around the world, it was evident that Hotel Romeo is one of the best due to the warm, attentive and gracious staff that are employed at the hotel. Customer service is far too often something that gets forgotten about, but the Romeo has this priceless characteristic mastered. We will encourage anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding towns/islands to definitely consider the Romeo for an exceptional stay. No detail is spared from the food, spa treatments and top of the line fitness center.

We are currently staying at the Romeo hotel in Naples and we really love it! The rooms are so incredible furnished, large, clean and the bathroom is really fantastic! The service is really at the highest level, something not seen very much lately... The food at the restaurant is really delicious, though the portions are quite small... Again the service is at the highest level... The rooftop spa is really good and modern, only pitty it closes at 8 p.m. We will definately come again soon!

We stayed at the Romeo at the beginning of August. It was a great experience. Amazingly high tech and classy hotel with many features which you wont even find in hotels such as Ritz Carlton's, Mandarins, Omni's, and Four Seasons. In our Japanese Suite we had a Bang & Olfusen tv, Sony Vaio desktop, and other very expensive items which you will probably only find in your house. We had to spend a night in Napoli after traveling to Capri because our flight back home was at 730am. A friend of mine had recommended the hotel and I am glad he did. The location could not be better, right across from the port where you can catch a boat to Capri or the Amalfi coast. The staff was very professional and would go above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We LOVED the rooftop pool/spa overlooking the port of Napoli. We spent three nights at the Romeo, sampling the spa, sushi bar and rooftop restaurant (where we had the fantastic tasing menu). The staff are genuinely and sincerely interested in their guests welfare, nothing was too much for them and they were friendly and informative without ever being obtrusive. the decor and facilities are top notch (even if I wrestled with the control of the Phillipe Stark shower column, a truimph of design over utility). We stayed at the Romeo at the beginning of February. It has been a great experience....since our arrival...we had an upgrade to a deluxe room, a welcome letter was waiting for us (quite surprising because they wish us a "pleasant experience" which is a very Ritz-Carlton expression...in Naples..couldn't believe it!). the place is problably the most luxury in Naples....and every corner was a surprise.They explained us that they just opened and they offered us a tour of the Hotel which was great. they do have a sushi bar but... more
