Relais Venezia

We stayed here for 3 nights in June - the hotel is super clean (very important), easy enough to find and so close to St Marks but very quiet all the same. When we arrived we were greeted so warmly that we instantly felt at home and welcome. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was all you could really ask for - although quite simple it was more than enough. The lady doing the coffees was very pleasant and the offers of extra coffee (very important) never stopped. Very centrally located, we spent three most wonderful days at this small, but very elegant hotel. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious, elegantly furnished and properly maintained. Service is very discreet and immediate. Highly recommendable!

This hotel is small and stylish. It has a location that is close to everything - directly between San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The room was very nice and breakfast was great. The only real problem with this hotel is the stairs. We were on the fourth floor and the stairs were tall and steep. After walking around very hot Venice all day, it was a bit of a chore to climb to our room. This hotel has a great location, directly in the center of Venice. Within 5 minutes it's possible to walk to Rialto Bridge or Piazza San Marco. It's also a clean and quite hotel with friendly staff and a tasty small breakfast. I'd come back every time. We had a room under the roof with a lovely few over Venice. Thorsten

A suberb small hotel in a perfect location between St Marks and the Rialto Bridge, tricky to find at first, but the location couldn't be better. We stayed 3 nights in a view room on the top floor and could see and best yet hear the bells of St Marks, then decided to stay an extra night and were moved to a smaller room on the entry level, no view but also no stairs to climb; the elevator only goes from street level to the second floor/reception/dining area. Had a lovely stay here. A bit hard to find, especially as we arrived at night and even our water taxi couldn't find it! Very convenient position, right in the heart of everything. But in the daytime, it is impossible to get lost! Someway or the other, we managed to find our way back! Lovely, clean rooms.

we were really satisfied to stay in this hotel.we were there in november 2006.we have found our room comfortable with nice, modern design and venitian details like murano lamps on the wall.the hotel was very clean.you feel good and save there. the staff was very friendly.you won't be disapointed.

We stayed 3 nights at the Relais Venezia and it was a wonderful stay. The hotel is good located and the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit small, but it was nice refurbished and the bathroom had a great shower. Great stay, nice hotel !

The relais venezia is such a beautiful hotel. It is in the centre of everything 2 mins walk to St Marks Square and 5 mins to the Rialto bridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful and recomended great restaurants which we ate in and really enjoyed. The Manager at the desk helped us everyday with a new itinerary which meant we got to see everything. I am definetly going back.

Other than being horribly lost at 11:30 pm in Venice, we can't say enough about this hotel! It's hard to find but worth it - a beautiful room, great staff. Highly recommended - great value and (once you figure out the maze that is Venice!) a wonderful location.
