left manchester with thomson @2000hrs everything spot on. arrive rhodes 0230 meet a2b transfers.com everything spot on.get to astron hotel 0315 booked with lowcostbeds.com the hotel had never heard of us.this was sunday morning, after many phone calls & emails by the manager, they finally sent our confermation at 1400hrs on the tuesday .after writing,emailing & phoning when we got home i have had 1 email saying send it to abta all i wanted was an appology so pleas do not use lowcostbeds.com. there that low cost, because no one knows you are coming to stay at there hotel. you have been warned
