Oceanic Pearl Studio Apartments

This place is simply phenomenal. Our first leg of the holidays was comfortable, in peace and happily spent here. The location is perfect very close to the beach and also the other beaches and hangouts are not far. Cleanliness is Frank & Tania's supreme priority and that at an affordable price. We stayed in studio 4, the only one available and without a balcony but we did manage to use the balcony of the adjacent studio, thanks to Frank's sweet and warm gesture.

Studio 4 is spacious for a couple with a roomy bathroom and there is a small kitchenette too. Incredible attention to detail is given by the great hosts. They went out of their way to help us, to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The day we checked in our small fridge was already stacked with mineral water and a can of milk as the hosts didn't want us running as soon as we entered. Also there was no time to rent a bike and we wanted to get to the Saturday night market and Frank just lent his bike to us... Mind you this is not a five star so no luxuries. But Tania and Frank the most hospitable hosts will make sure your stay is perfect. So well if you are looking for a budget place that is clean and comfortable don't bother looking for anything else.

We recently spent a week at Oceanic Pearl following a hectic 2 week trip round India. I can't praise it highly enough, Frank and Tania were the perfect hosts and have created the ideal place for a holiday. Spotlessly clean and in an ideal location, can't think of anywhere I'd rather stay

These appartments were beautiful. They were clean and well furnished with many little extras e.g welcome pack tea coffee milk etc just what you need after a long flight,

Just a few minuites walk from the nearest beach.

The location is in a vey quiet lane and the outlook from the rooms was beautiful overlooking a well tended garden.

Tania & Frank were very welcomimg and always there if you had a question.

I would recommend these appartments to anyone and i have stayed in quiet a few.

We stayed at the Oceanic Pearl for 5 days and it was fantastic.The apartments were well furnished with an impeccable eye for details and design. The apt.'s were extremely clean & cosy, the location in close proximity to restaurants and the beach.

Felt like home to us. Special Thanks to Frank & Tania for a very warm welcome and genuine hospitality. Looking forward to staying there again on our next trip ( if we're lucky enough to get a reservation!!!)

What a truly wonderful place to stay! Tania & Frank are perfect hosts - warm, welcoming and kind and ensure their guests are well looked after in every conceivable way. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, spotless, and are cleaned thoroughly every day, the immaculate bedding is changed every other day.

We have travelled many places but never have felt more welcome and cared for than we did at Tania & Frank's Oceanic Pearl. It is all the careful thought that is put into everything, all the special touches, that makes this guest house the one we will be returning to.

First time to Goa, alone, and had a fantastic stay here. Frank and Tania most accommodating, room clean (this from me a compliment indeed). Highly recommended.

My partner and I wanted somewhere clean, beach accessible, and good value for money. Boy did we hit the jackpot here! Brand new this year, 5* amenities all the way. Run by an English couple, who know what you want when you are on holiday. Peace, ambience, cleanliness, privacy, good quality white linen, and that little extra specialness. We were so lucky to have found this chilled out haven of tranquility. Speaking to others on the beach - which is a quick 5 minute walk away to the lovely clean beach - they couldnt believe what we were telling them after comparing notes on each other's accomodation. Rooms cleaned daily, crisp white bed linen twice a week, clean towels, lovely decoration, great balcony to have a sundowner and chill out. Only 5 little studios for rental, you gotta get in quick. But, sscchhhhhush, dont tell anyone else, otherwise there won't be any room for us next year!
