first we waited 30 min at the front desk while nobody as at the desk when the clerk showed up she was tipsy smelled beverage on her breath tv only got three channels no towels in room dont stay beware

We have stayed in many hotels and timeshares in the Disney area over the last 10 years. This is by far the best for the price. In September we stayed in the 3 bedroom Hampshire at Lighthouse key. It was roomy and well decorated. It has two master bedroom suites. Both master baths were roomy and had a separate tub and shower with the toilet privately enclosed (my preference but hard to find). Stayed here the first week in August. Booked a 2 bedroom but upon arrival, our room was not ready so they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom. The place was just emaculate. I can't say enough about how clean, elegant and quiet the villa was (glass block in the windows facing the entry way and common hallway). No major complaints. The showers do need somwhere to put a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo. No big deal though. One bit of pool advise, be sure to invest in some water shoes for the little ones. Our extended family of 10 people stayed in one of the 4 bedroom units. What a lovely place!! The decor is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well-stocked with everything you need. We swam in the lovely pool, played in the game room and rented a DVD to watch on the large screen TV in the living room. None of us left the resort the whole weekend. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the price was fantastic. We will be returning as soon as we can!

We stayed here for a yearly family vacation. The place was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. The pool area was great with two pools. A smaller one that I would say a small group could use and a larger full size for everyone with zero depth entry. It was just wonderful. The bedrooms were great; we were in a three bedroom unit. We stayed at the Lighthouse Key resort the last week of June. The apartments are so beautiful and tastefully decorated! When we arrived our room was not clean & were given a different room. No big deal. We booked a 2 bdrm and loved it! The colors are gorgeous! We were in the end building (so far) and had a slight view of lake and of a big wildfire in the distance. My family and I (which included 6 pre-teens, teens, and one twenty-four year old) stayed at Lighthouse Key Resort & Spa and found it to be a spectacular vacation experience. There was something for everyone; from the kids to my aunt, and even my 62 year old mother who is confined to a wheel-chair. This hotel is a brand new hotel and I was very pleased with the high standard of rooms for the price that we payed. The rooms give a great first impression and there was a nice balcony with patio furniture. Where our balcony was you could actually see some of the disney fireworks, it was a nice end to the evening. Myself, Husband and 4 year old stayed her 2 weeks July-Aug. We booked a 2 bed/2bath through Hotelopia and on arrival were given a 3bed/3bath apartment which was excellent. The room was on the ground floor and overlooked the lovely lake. It would be difficult for us to find fault - the room sizes were great, the main living area had everything you could wish for. Very Spacious, immaculate!!!!!!I reserveda 2br/2ba,but upon arrival i was told no 2br/2ba was available so the clerk upgarded me w/ a 4br/3ba villa at the same price, it was humungous!!!!!! absolutely loved this hotel.....No worries at all!!!!!!
