Hotel Zara

everything in our room was NOT working! this has to be the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. the toilet seat was dislocated from the bowl the aircon cover was on the floor the aircon was blowing air but not cool at all it was almost 0 ventilation thank God there was a fan in the room (was it becoz the aircon was spoilt??) the shower was terrible- the shower head was aimless and hopeless! even the TV was NOT working! and the front desk staff was not exactly very friendly. when we asked if VISA... more

At our first arrival in Naples, we were shocked! The city is very dirty, polluted, unfriendly and intimidating. After leaving the train station, we had a hard time fnding the hotel, even though it is very close to the station, becasue of the awful map the booking site had provided (we booked it through Venere.) But after finding the hotel, our experience in it was very good (or at least in comparison to the overall impression of the city.) THe rooms were clean and quiet.
