I had a booking for the Easter Weekend mon-fri with my own tourer,when i booked this it took approx 5 mins to debit my account.2 days before the Good Friday,park resorts called me to say that our holiday had been cancelled due to water logged pitches and would i like a refund?? "yes please" i said. After numerous calls,emails and promises im still waiting.another company thats takes your money but not too keen to give it back!!!
