Hello! The price you had was a discount and even if you hadn't had a view, the price should have been 155 € per night. About the wake up call, I'm realy sorry about it, it should have worked. I guess the person in charge of the night forgot to activate it. It is the first time I heard such a comment and I apologize. We dont usually forget wake up calls! About the locks, I'm happy to tell you that we changed all the door locks, it was a real problem for our customers and for us. Rue cler is for Parisians a common street and I noticed that all american customers love it, it is a chance the hotel Duquesne Eiffel is locating at a walking distance (5 minutes) I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and I hope to see you soon.
