The hotel staff were really excellent, we booked our room online, and arrived with only a confirmation number.
Initially the hotel did not have a record of our booking, but provided internet access so I could get to my emails and print them. Even then, when they did not recognise the booking agent, they allowed us to check in and said they would handle it - and they did.
In addition, the receptionist proceeded to provide a map, gave us directions on the local area, bus routes, and sights we should see....very helpful.
The rooms were basic, but sufficient, the common areas, bar restaurant, lobby were very nice.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Palma.
