We've been coming to cala d'or since my daughter was 2. we've tried other apartments but jjust book here now as it suits us. The reception staff are lovely and will help you as much as possible. really bad reviews especially E11 etc are not for this set of apartments.... more

Just had 2 weeks 'holiday from hell' stay in the dirty, basic Cala Dor Park Apartments. No kettle, no toaster, rusty pans, the MOST uncomfortable beds ever with slats missing. The toilet wobbles when you sat on it and the smell of drains was ever present. You couldnt get... more

We staying in Club Cala D`Or Park Apartments and although they are basic, they have a fully working cooker, kettle, clean and tidy. Maid service every other day and the bar and pool areas are clean and friendly. The sun loungers go all around the main pool and it is nice... more

if you can't save yourself save the others from whatabin
On arrival my heart sunk as we pulled up to the most grotty looking frontage in Cala D'or. I will add at this point that Cala D'or itself is a lovley holiday resort for families & couples, you can make of it want you like, high brow and chic down the habour or family freindly in town, it has it all. Do not be put off the resort, it is a great place and we will be back, just not to this hole. When we checked in we were told we had the best room in the complex. just back from cala d'or club park,had a fantastic week with my husband and son.Apartments are basic but clean and comfortable,sheets and towels changed every other day.Very central to beach and shops and restaurants. Staff were most helpful and really enjoyed the fun and games put on each day and night for the kids and adults.will definitely go back there next year so muh more to do and see in cala d'or. Great holiday!!!

if you want a room that is very basic , then this place is for you . we have just got back and i won't be going again . on the first day the wardrobe door fell off and it was still off when we checked out . we reported leaks coming from the shower and toilet cistern and nothing was done about these . the rooms don,t look to have been upgraded for years . the kitchen cupboards were falling apart and filthy . there were no fans in the rooms so every night was stifling hot , i heard of some people sleaping on the balconies , and others buying... more

I would never go to these apartments again.The whole comlpex including cala dor club apartments which is part of the same complex is dated and dirty. The pools have scum lines that you could right your name in. The sunbeds were either broken or filthy. The whole place needs a complete overhall. The apartments are shabby and in need of decoration and repair. You cant see out of the windows they were so dirty. I know not to expect too much from a 2 star but there are limits. Reading some of the negative reviews it makes me wonder what some people expect from a budget holiday. My wife and I have just spent a great week at these appartments. Yes, they are very basic, but if we expected 5 star we would have expected to pay for it. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the rooms were clean and the positioning of the appartment was excellent. The only grievence was that we had items stolen from our balcony, but we were pre-warned by reception so that was our fault.

We had 10 nights booked here. The appartment needed a lot of work. There was a gap between the balcony door and the door frame and the only lock was a small bolt. The lights worked intermittently and it took over 20 minutes to boil enough water for 2 cups of tea on the antiquated cooker top. Every time we used the kitchen sink the smell of drains wafted up from the bath!! To top it all the toilet flush kept breakiing. Having said that the location is ideal with just a short walk to the beach and town centre with lots of bars of cafes nearby

We baisically wanted a cheap holiday in the resort of cala d`or after staying there last september and loving it. There was hardly any availability around accept for these particular apartments but not being to fussy as just looking for a base to stay thought we would give it ago. Ok for the budget holiday maker who wants a central property but basic ameneties. The complex is very tired in great need of a makeover and general maintenance throughout. Has limited entertainment, medium sized pool and snackbar. Central for nightlife and Cala Gran beach. Apartments are very basic and garden areas quite unkept. Plenty other self catering properties within Cala D'or to chose from and I would definatley chose other ones.

Myself and the wife have just returned after a very pleasant week staying at the Cal A Dor park apartments. The Apartments are basic but clean and ideal if you just want a base while exploring this delightful town. A quick trip to the local supermarket and you can obtain all your basics while leaving time later to enjoy the ample restaurtants and bars in the town. stayed here last may, apartments were fairly basic but ideal location. Plenty of bars and nice restaurants within 10/15 mins walk,beach only 5 mins, staff friendly . Rooms dont have air con but easy to buy cheap fans. Not for those used to 5* but ideal for a cheapy holiday
