Haadlad Prestige Resort & Spa

This is our first time for Koh Phangann Island. We a bit surprise that there concrete road since our friends said road on this island all very bad. The hotel is good condition, we got room on 3nd floor which seaview. The swimming pool is very nice can take view when you swimming, but a bit too small when 25 people in there. They offer by the beach massage at good price. The most i love this hotel was the price of the beer, it's almost the same price with local restaurant outside. I never write reviews but I am compelled to take the time on this occasion to do so. Haad Salad is a beautiful place but unfortunately i made the mistake of staying here. I paid 3500 baht for a standard room that was no better than a good hostel room. Reception was unhelpful at best and were not interested in helping us book a tour or rent a car, i was told NO and she just pointed down the road, even though she has all the numbers and company names behind the counter in view.... we went there for new years eve, but we we arrive the room was not the one we have book for. it were completely different from the website and the bathroom was unusable because of the smell. very bad experience. be careful!

OMG! We don’t believe that our vacation had already passed. We are still enjoyable with our resting time in Phangan. We are so lucky to stay in this hotel, many thanks to Reservation team who help us from the beginning what we are going to do in the Ko Phangan by our limited budget. We just came back for a visiting trip at Hadlard resort, ko phangan. The staffs were nice and helpful with every single details, we had an injured by somebody just the corner down the resort on the way to town, I screamed for help but no one.. I gone back to hadlard everyone did the great job by sending me to hospital, I and my couple were really appreciated ! It was our third time to visit Haadlad Prestige (before was Haadlad resort) everything changing since last time I could remeber in the past two years ago.. before was bungalow with a budget price, it was reopening this year and I would say that I was highly recommend this resort because all the friendly staffs with full of help, they were there everytime you needed anything, we have our four years old son with us, we didn't expect sombody to be our nany but they dd a great job! me and my husband appreciated. After reviews and researching for hotels on our distination island for few hours, I found this hotel on Tripadvisor. The hotel is located on the nice beach, I just can step out back from sea to my room directly. The room was big, comfortable, with a balcony and surprisingly the wireless internet connetion was very fast. Breakfast is included, and is delicious in the open air restaurant overlooking the ocean. First of all, THANK YOU!! we took night bus from Bangkok to Ko phangan, we chose lomprayah speedboat (which I highly recommended!) pay a bit more but you will get rid of low back pain problems. That was I concern about my girlfriend... as soon as we arrived Haadlad's staffs were there to pick us up. Stayed in the off season - only a few couples stayed at the resort. It was like a ghost town, but the friendly staff was always available for any service. The resort and beach doesn't have any locals trying to sell you anything, just a few massage stalls (would recommend 'ok massage' - really good massage, friendly service and cheap). We have just returned from an 11-day holiday at this hotel, and overall we had a really nice time. We booked through Expedia (as a flight and hotel, not a package holiday). It is a bit of a trek to get to the hotel – we flew into Ko Samui, got the boat to the island, then had to get a taxi to the hotel, which, after nearly 20 hours of flying was very tiring!
