H2C Hotel Napoli

It was a clean and comfortable room,the location of the hotel was near corso umberto that is a shopping road.

My friend and I stayed in this Hotel for New Year 2008/09. So glad that we did, the staff are friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and clean with all the ammenaties you would expect from a 4* Hotel. The Restuarant was excellent the staff were fantastic and the food was very very good. If i was to return to Naples I would definately stay at this Hotel again. Location was very good also a five minute walk to the historical centre of Naples.

I booked this hotel as it was good value for money in a quality hotel. Also it is basically opposite the ferry port to catch ferries to Sicily, Capri etc. The room was lovely, no bath but a stand up shower, flat screen TV, new decor. All the staff in the hotel I met were very helpful. Will definately stay here again when I return to Naples.

Good art-deco Hotel near to historic city centre of Naples and to shopping street Corso Umberto at walking distance from train station. Forniture is new and stylish art-deco but the room was quite small. I did not try fitness center but the whole package for price (75 euro for a double room) is very attractive. Service at breakfast is quite dispapponting but I would get back again.

I stayed here for a brief overnight visit between Christmas and New Year. I chose the hotel because of its star rating and very competitive price. I agree that the area is not brilliant, and I was reluctant to venture out on arrival as it was getting late. Let's be clear - adding expensive furniture to a Travel Inn does not turn it into a 4-star hotel. I had a miserable two nights here. Some of the staff are friendly, some give the impression that guests are an unwelcome distraction, other just vanish. The bar/restaurant was frequently devoid of staff. At one point, after sitting in the bar for 15 minutes (at 6.30pm - one would assume a busy time as people return to the hotel from work) I went and asked reception if the bar was open. We stayed in H2C hotel for 4 days in September. The hotel is brand new and is located in a poor, but safe neighborhood, which is extremely important once you are in Naples. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. There is a couple of English and American TV-channels which is a rare thing to find in the hotels in Italy. The staff was helpful, especially the waiters. The breakfast was great, except one morning they ran out of ham, eggs and cheese at 9 (the breakfast is served until 10). Stayed in H2C for 5 days in September 2008. The hotel is newly opened, beautifully furnished and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I booked this Hotel because in comparison to other 4 star hotels it was a) reasonably priced b) had a gym/Turkish bath and c) did a buffet breakfast. On arrival we (there where 3 of us) where told that the gym would be open in late October/November. The rooms 'ingredients' are pretty standard across 4 stars but disappointed in having no coffee making facilities or in room safe. This hotel is on the seafront road and is brand new. It looks out over the ferry terminal port - ferries to Sicily and the slow ferry to Capri leave from Calata porta di Massa - the entrance to the port is just opposite the hotel 50 metres away. If you have a room at the front you can look out and watch the ferries and cruise liners arrive and depart.
