City Hotel Tel Aviv

Nice clean rooms, helpful staff, free wireless internet, and two blocks from the beach - a great hotel. The only possible downside is that the rooms are quite compact, but this is typical for Israel. I look forward to staying here again.

very highly recommended hotel, location is super central, attitude of the personnel to guests is unbelievable, never met such a good attitude, rooms are very clean, good value for money, am recommending for a short stay. if you stay more than 4 days, more confortable, thus more expensive, hotel is better. everybody is super friendly, easy access to the sea (2 min) and all the great bars of Tel-Aviv, breakfast is very good! close to all the atraction's by wallking, great food, very quiet and worm

I was on one week business travel in Tel-Aviv in January 2009 and I stayed in the city hotel. The Service was great, the included breakfast buffet is very delicious. Very good Lunch and Dinner available in the hotel in a very effordable prices. The room is very confartable and clean with a Sea view. The sea is 2 minutes walking from the hotel, shopping and entertainment centers are very near by. I amrecomanding to anyone who is traveling to Tel-Aviv.

I've stayed in the last few days at city hotel for business matters. A friend recomended me and I was very thankful for the great hospitality. The rooms are very clean and renovated. The breakfast was great. I'm sure that I will be back. Thanks again.

I just came back to Los Angeles. I stayed 4 nights in City hotel. The hotel is 2 minutes from Tel Aviv beach with proximity to some of Tel Aviv best restuarants. The hotel has everything a business man like myself needs. It's clean and convenient. Highly recommended! David, LA

Came to this 3 star hotel from a 5 star hotel in Jerusalem and, honestly, was not disappointed. This is kind of a hip, modern, boutique hotel. The rooms are not large, but still comfortable and we had the good fortune of having a view of the sea. The breakfasts were plentiful and scrumptious. My only complaints would be the towels and the fact that there was no radio/alarm clock in the room. Other than that, this is a well situated, pleasant place to stay and, given the reasonable rates, a steal!

I have stayed at the City Hotel for most of my visits to Tel Aviv over the years. It is located not far from the beach and Dizengoff, but I feel that it is somewhat run-down now. There were stains on carpets and the plaster / dry wall was chipped in various places. The immediate negihborhood is also not as nice as it used to be.

We came to visit in Israel at the end of Oct. 2008 to celebrate our son Bar-Mitzvah and we spend one week at the city hotel in Tel -Aviv. The hotel has many advantages and I can tell you about few of them: it is in a very good location in the center of Tel-Aviv : 2 min. walk from the beach and 5 min, walk from a big mol and lots of good restaurants. Rooms in the 6th floor are very confortable and with a modern design. The staff is very welcoming, friendly. I enjoyed my vacation in the City hotel very much!
