DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! from StuartandNaomi
Overpriced, rude staff, advertised services not available (Swimming Pool, shuttle service) Building work directly next door, constant noise and dust. Charged for numerous items from mini bar when not used, no manager at hotel to speak to so desk staff unable make a decision. Lots of nice hotels in better area's at cheaper prices.

Great Hotel , great staff , not one problem in the month I stayed here from TableView
The rooms are exactly as shown on the hotels website and are spotless and cleaned every day. The room rate includes breakfast , which consisted of fruit juices, fresh fruits , croissants , bacon , eggs, sausages, ham, and two local dishes which I also tried and enjoyed. Not a huge selection but enough and the staff are very friendly. Even if you are travelling alone when you make your booking say there will be two of you and you will be given two breakfast coupons per day in case you should have a guest stay over who you meet here.There is... more

this hotel was very hard to find the taxi driver did not know it so be sure to take number so he can phone them despite location don't be put off by the back streets the locals are very friendly and after a day or 2 you soon get your bearings only a few minutes walk to night life and beach is 10-15 minutes walk so very good location as it is quiet.service was good though 1 or 2 there english was not great (better than my thai though ha ha) room was excellant so big and clean was cleaned everyday i was there for 12 nights two free bottles of... more
Very Nice Accomadation but.... from BAC_8
I've stayed at the hotel twice (6/2009 and 7/2009). Overall the hotel is a good bargain but they have recently made some policy changes that are annoying and would have been a "deal breaker" for me. Recent Policy Changes 1. The first is payment upfront for entire time you stay. I am a world traveler and I have never had to do that before. Usually an imprint of my credit card is enough. So if you stay a week be prepared to pay on arrival. 2. Required 1000Baht (30 USD) deposit (on top of the full payment) in case you use the... more

We have just recently stayed two nights at this hotel in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. The 2 bdrm suites are at the back of the hotel overlooking a vacant grassy lot and are very quiet. Both bedrooms have ranch sliders and small balconies. Its a bit of a shame the lounge doesn't have any windows as you feel a bit closed in. The bathrooms are beautiful especially the master bedroom, they have a beautiful indoor outdoor feature. Was there with 3 other friends..Fantastic place to stay..Rooms are massive and very clean. Excellent and clean pool..But the best thing about this hotel are the staff..'R' on reception was fantastic and very helpful..She did all she possibly could to get us the best rates..Pat in reception always welcomed us with her beautiful smile and even arranged the taxi for the airport for us, and 'S' who served the breakfast did all she possibly could..It may have been the Thai hospitality but these ladies were a credit to the hotel. Excellent Stay from Supersaiya
I spend one night at this excellent three star hotel. The mini suite is very high-class stay with larger area, full-furnish, new modern and fully-equipment. My family are very appreciate the price and the size of this room. I strongly recommend to other friends about this accomodation, even though the location is not that goods. Gm is very friendly and other staff seems to have a service mind. The hotel is tidy and full of potential. An excellent new hotel from LoobyBangkok
This 3 star hotel was newly opened March / April 2009. Small, on only 7 floors, and well designed. Rooms are very generous; bathrooms have work area and comfy armchair. Nice pool at the front of the hotel. Free internet. Good breakfast. The hotel is set back from the sea (about 15 minutes walk) in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Quality on every corner from pimilan
I stay on the end of april on this quality hotel. Really large room, splendid balcony and bathroom, service of good quality, really new, about 5 minutes walk to Central road. The larger room are with fourposter bed and kitchen. Great hotel.
