Its a worst experience
I really dont suggest this Hotel. The hotel looks to be average, but the service in the hotel is bad and mostly the staff and the frond desk reception are not even friendly. They dont even care for the minimum needs in the hotel room. But they charge for each and every small things. and be careful with the room swipe key which is a plastic card but when it breaks you end up in paying 500 bhats which is bull [--]....I dint even prefer my frds to go to this place. Avoid it guys...
Excellent Hotel
Excellent Hotel. Very Warm Staff. Rooms are very nice, with large bathrooms. conveninently located just a min of off 2nd main road, in the hub of the pattaya night life. the restaurant served some real good thai food, try it once

Madame TIM
Upon returning from my business trip to Guangzhou, China I just could not resist going to Pattaya for a couple of days and soaking up some sun. I found this nice boutique hotel just off second road, Soi 14, Pattaya. When I stepped in through the two large double doors which was opened for me, I felt all the heat and perspiration disappearing from my face and clothes. The air-conditioning in this place was absolutely refreshing. My check-in went swiftly and I was relieved of my luggage immediately and given a welcome drink.... more
fantastic jacuzzi, no gymnasium
Stayed at this hotel in a room with Jacuzzi in January 09. Check in was efficient enough. They provided breakfast vouchers. Room was of adequate size. Nicely furnished. Some noise from the AC system but tolerable. Small old fashion TV but nice selection of channels. No real view from the room as it faces a shopping mall. There was some noise during the night but can be ignored after a while. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were changed daily. Tea making facility was provided. There was also a safe in the room. Bath tub come... more
Expensive
Classy but Very expensive Location is okay but not near the beach Staff great Guest friendly
A classy place that ahead of the pack...
I stayed at Tim's Boutique for 5 nights during the low season and although I've been to Pattaya 3 times before and stayed at different hotels each time, this was by far the best place I've been. I paid around $55AUD per night which is a steal for a place like this. Sure, there are many other cheaper places in Pattaya, but this is a place where you get what you pay for. I stayed in a standard room but it was big and spacious, king size bed, balcony overlooking the city, en suite bathroom which included jacuzzi, well stocked mini bar,... more
Good Hotel - Great Staff
=== Booking Stayed 7 nights on october 2008. Booked through sawadee.com: 2100 bht/night (breakfast included). === Location Soi 14, 2nd road. 5 min-walk from Royal Plaza Garden. 10 min-walk from Walking Street. === Room Stayed in room #315 (superior room) on 3rd floor, front end of the hotel. I was definitely not given the best room. The room begins to show age but still ok though: clean and quiet room. Rooms at front end of the hotel are quiet. There is a set of bars behind the hotel so rooms on... more
Very Good Hotel
This is a very new hotel located on a side street just off of a main road. Very close to everything. You don't have to worry about street noise at night. I stayed three nights in the superior room with the spa in the bathroom, and it was lovely. There's a pool on the roof top with cabanas and a swim up bar. Good place to relax and it was not busy at all. The included breakfast is a large buffet with both American and Asian choices. If I ever make my way back to Pattaya I will stay at Tims Boutique Hotel, no questions.<br... more
A very nice hotel to stay
We stayed at this Hotel in August 2007 and really enjoyed it, this is a fairly new hotel and I think it opened in 2006. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and most speak reasonably good English. The breakfast is good and they will cook very good omelettes on request. The rooms are modern and clean and I especially liked the double shower and extra large bath tub. The location is OK being up a small Soi only a few metres off the second road opposite the Mike shopping Mall, it is any easy walk to the beach and about a... more
