For our first time in Bali, we stayed at a pool suite at the St. Regis, and think that a pool villa would be a great option for when we have children. The pool villas are situated right on a pool lagoon that runs through most of the resort, and kids would love being able to get up and just jump into the pool lagoon. Unforgettable, a dream like being in paradise from chrimet
As a member of the starwood preferred membership club I stayed in many hotels around the world, but the St. Regis Resort Bali I will never forget. It was my second time on the island and I have to say this time it was amazing. I arrived on the 5th of October after staying one night in Singapore and left nearly 14 days later on October 18th. We stayed at the St. Regis Bali from October 5 – 20. At the Bali Airport we were greeted and taken by an arrival assistance service to an airport lounge where we had refreshing beverages and snacks while our immigration papers were taken care off. Our transport to the hotel was a beautiful new Mercedes, and this was just the beginning of the pampering. We stayed at the St. Regis Bali for four nights in October 2008. The transfer to the Hotel was smooth and included assistance in Clearing Immigration at the Airport (a huge timesaver), a comfortable transfer in the Hotels Mercedes Limousine and in-room check in on arrival. A palace with genuinely warm staff from shanticita
St. Regis has a new property in Nusa Dua, Bali. The place is breathtaking and really shines in the evening that begins with a torch lighting accompanied by drums. The villas are tastefully designed and complete with bale gazebo and plunge pool in a tended garden. Every villa has an option for live-in butler service. honeymoon heaven from PeiDay
The St Regis was "home" and "honeymoon heaven" in Bali. The service was impeccable, the villa and grounds were beautiful, and the beach and pools are wonderful for relaxing in the sun. Of the 5 places we stayed in Bali (we were having fun exploring the island), the St Regis was definitely our favorite. We'll be back again.

We were met on arrival at the airport and quickly transferred to the hotel in a new Mercedes. Again we were met on arrival at the hotel where we took a moment to enjoy our welcome cocktail and absorb the stunning surroundings of the lobby area, then we were escorted to our suite. A beautiful hotel that has opened in last month or so. Had Merc pick up from airport and seamless check in. Was then driven round resort in golf buggy and shown all facilities. Our room was lovely and new with large LCD, big lounge area and lovely pool and garden. Aircon worked very well Bed very comfortable. Food in restaurants very good though expensive and portions quite small. Their own brand bottle water was USD7 yet free in the room. Please rest assured that we will make sure that these issues are taken care off. In regards to the beach loungers I already can inform you that we are in process of adding another 15 sets which hopefully arrive within weeks. I would like to apologize for the lack of service near the beach after 18.00h and the inappropriate comments of the staff which should have not happened. Of course we serve our guests also near the beach after 18.00h. We will re train the pool & beach service associates to ensure that this does not happen again. The Pool Bar opening after 18.00h is currently under review for extending the opening hours. Total guest satisfaction is our utmost priority and it is thanks to your feedback and comments that we are able to maintain and further improve the standards. The Unprepared St Regis from Svida
Probably this hotel will be ready in another 6 months from now, but as is now, they should not charge the hotel like staying at the regular St Regis resort with its famous services. We stayed here for a night, but everything went wrong. First we found that our kitchenette in our lagoon villa was flooded with water coming from the AC. For 4 hours there were the maintenance guy with us in the villa.
