Sandalwood Luxury Villas

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Sandalwood Villas. The view was incredible and we especially loved the spacious outside decks and infinity pools next to the beautiful gardens and Buddhist art. The wonderful food, good service, and friendly staff made our visit very enjoyable. I would stay there again in a heart beat. And I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants some serious rest and relaxation away from the cares and fast pace of everyday life. We recently had a wonderful 8 days at Sandalwood Luxury Villas staying in the Camellia Villa. It has bedding to accommodate up to 4 people and has its own small private infinity pool including spa jets. One of only 8 villas in the entire resort. We purchased a "stay 8 for 6" package in the low season commencing May 1 and booked directly with Sathit, the General Manager. I have just returned from beautiful Koh Samui and the Sandalwood Villas. The rooms are reallyt lovely, well decorated and provided with most things a traveler could want. The exterior too is quite lovely, with meandering paths that constantly surprise one with statuary amd small temples. There are two, yes two, infinity pools with crystal clean water. We spent a wonderful week at the Sandalwood. After a steep climb, you are rewarded handsomely. The villas are spacious and well decorated. The views are stunning. And the staff is extraordinary - helpful beyond belief, and with very nice personal touches by the owner (who is from the United States). My fiance and I stayed at the the Sandalwood for a long weekend and we were very, very pleased. We stayed in Jumpee, which sits right next to the pool, and the views were spectacular. Most of the time it felt like we had our own private infinity pool. The food is excellent and the staff and owners were so fun and helpful we rarely left the resort. This resort was very clean, with happy, helpful staff, you have to drive up a short hill to get there, but it is worth it because the views are magnificent, and it is quieter at night then other places we stayed. The food and service were excellent. They picked us up, and got us a rental car for the time we were there; it was convenient and very easy. I will stay there every time I go to Ko Samui

Just returned from Sandlewood Villas Samui and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villas are set in a fantastic position high on a mountain between Chewang and Lamai and overlook the whole of the Chewang beach area right across to the airport. my wife and i stayed for 15 nights in villa amarin and overall i must say we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is in a very peacefull situation high up a mountain but still within easy reach of the bars and eateries of chewang and lamai no more than 10 mins away. our villa was situated near the lower infinity pool and was spotless with all immenities one would expect including cooking facilities if you required that. the mini bar prices were reasonable by hotel standards and they would get whatever you wanted over and above the normal... more

This is heaven on earth. Perfect stay....absolute perfect. You must stay here. Lovely rooms with your own jacuzzi and a superb view over chaweng, nice nice nice staffs. The food are very good and the breakfast is perfect. The rooms should costs minimum 400 US for one night. We will return as soon as posible.
