Having spent our first few days in Marrakech at the Sofitel, we then moved to Riad Les Trois Palmiers and were not disapointed! Each room is beautifully decorated aound a central courtyard complete with splashpool on the ground floor and a sunlounge on the roof terrace which gives you great views of the Atlas Mountains. We had an excellent 3 days in riad les trois palmiers. The riad gave us an authentic experience of Marrakech and the medina. The owners Patrick and Caroline as well as all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and concerned. Our 10 year old daughter felt a lot at home and was happy we chose this riad. The breakfast was wonderful and was served in the beautiful terrace. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We would love to go back there soon...

Love this Riad!! The whole trip was amazing but stayng in such an authentic dewlling meant that we always felt that we were experiencing Morocco. The staff were really really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We were always advsed of things to go and see and we were made to fell like part of the family after a hard days sightseeing. Will definetly be returning and have already recommended. GO GO GO!! : )

We choose this Riad because of all the great reviews on Tripadvisor but we were a bit disappointed. The staff were helpful but it was more impersonal than we expected and most of the time we felt a bit uncomfortable. The hamam was broken when we stayed and there didn't seem to be any internet access as had been indicated on the website. The place is beautiful and the rooms are well decorated if a bit worn down. We stayed here for 3 nights about 2 week ago - it was our first time in Marrakech. The Riad is beautiful, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and so welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about them. They provided a convenient taxi service to and from the airport (or in our case, to the train station), and one of the staff will guide you to the Riad (as its location is on pedestrian-only streets). My husband and I spent a lovely relaxing night (and following day) at this riad to celebrate my husband's birthday. Wanting to give him a really special experience, I booked the Saadienne suite, which did not fail to live up to my expectations and the gorgeouos photos I'd seen on the web site. I stayed here for 3 nights in March 2010 with my boyfriend. We had no reservation and Patrick gave us an excellent welcome and made us feel at home offering us tea and pastries. He gave us loads of excellent advice also. I cannot reccommend this Riad highly enough in terms of the atmosphere, decor, service, setting, food, value for money, safety etc.......everything was excellent. Amazing and authentic Riad with kind and attentive staff. Patrick and Caroline have created a sea of tranquility in the heart of Marrakesh. The room was very comfortable.The riad has a lovely roof terrace and the building oozes charm. The food provided was excellent and fresh.The location is minutes away from the souks of Marrakesh. My daughter and I stayed five days at the end of January 2009 in the Riad Les Trois Palmiers / El Bacha (they are next to each other and connected). We are from Switzerland and this was our first time in Morocco. We found about the Riad on the Internet. Our experience was wonderful. The Riad is in the heart of the medina, some 15 minutes walk through the souks from Djemma el Fna.
