Putahracsa Hua Hin

Amazingly wonderful experience from start to finish. After receiving confirmation of our room, we received an email from our villa host requesting welcoming information, i.e. welcome drink, welcome fruit, and types of flowers for the Jacuzzi, what type of pillows and the kind of music we preferred. We have been her before in March and stayed in the Sansky Villas, which was a great experience, Now the new Pool Villas was finish, we just had to make a new visit. Putahracsa is a very trendy resort so cool and relaxing and it was so great to stay in this fabulous place. We have been upgraded in La Canna Beachfront Pool Villa and this is one of the most beautiful suite where we stayed. The location of this villa is directly in front of the sea and the pool is large enough to relax. The terrace is very charming with large pool chairs, a so comfy daybed with a fan and outdoor Bose music system to hear your favourite song when you dip in the water. Unfortunately I stayed only for 2 nights. But it was so beautiful. The staff was always friendly, helping and supporting. The rooms are very nice and you feel comfortable. Looking forward to the date when the beach part is finished.

I have great regrets that I did not come to Putahracsa more often before The Unique Collection come to manage the hotel. After The Unique Collection have taken over your marketing and bookings, several customers like myself are not able to book any 1 night accommodation during the weekend for a quick escape from the capital. This is really a sad story for us, because through our busiest schedules during the week, we were able to spare a day in the weekend to take some quality time off but found out that our most favorable resort in Hua Hin... more

The place is lovely. We had a villa style room. When you enter the room there's a bright hall area with a bed/couch covered in cushions. You enter the bedroom to the right. Nice, very comfy large bed with probably a dozen or so pillows of different shapes and sizes. There's a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in front of the bed... and get this, if you want to watch TV in the hall area you simply rotate the wooden wall and the TV is in the hall area... very cool indeed. Fantastic hotel only 6 months old. All over the hotel there was a very good service, from reception to room cleaning and pool area etc. Only minus about the place was the beach, you had to walk to the other side of the road and it was very dirty.

Having stayed in many five star international hotels in Hua Hin I chose this new boutique hotel to hopefully experience a more private and relaxed stay and was not disappointed. Although still under its final construction, the main hotel area is completed and reflects a charming light and refreshing approach to the new style Thai hospitality. Two night stay was pleasant and the staff was accomodating, polite and helpful. The rooms are new, boutique like. The bed was very comfortable but the huge wicker chair loaded with throw pillows was useless. Some of the bedside light switches and the telephone are not conviently placed. The pool is very clean! Breakfast was included and was an above average buffet. The mini bar in each room is really reasonable priced, no gouging as is the norm. The hotel bar is nice and affordable, too. I booked a six night stay at the new Putahracasa Resort hotel, and did something I never done before, checkouted almost immediately, the location of the hotel is pretty much a building site, the touted beach is also 'under construction'. The property itself is attractive though lacks any meaningful facilites if it were set a good location that would be less of a problem however the property is set in a fairly dodgy part of town.
