Novotel Nha Trang

I had stayed at Sunrise before so was eager to try the new hotel in town. As other's have said the rooms are modern/chic and are great. The sunken bathtub/shower and the glass look through to the room are really neat architectural features. The hotel is accross the street from a large public plaza which is a center of activity for the local people, but isn't the best for swimming - though it is good. The location is excellent: on the main beach, close to many restaurants, and an awesome beachparty type nightclub called "sailing club" located on the beach. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. There are 2 Apple MAC computers near the reception with Free internet for guests. There is also free wifi. Fantastic!!! Rooms was incredible. We stayed 5 nights in April ..... and WOW it was just wonderful....... Staff are just so helpfrul and great...... Rooms are just lovely with the most amazing views........ It was such a lovely stay that in made our stay in Nha Trang memorable....... and the buffet was so nice and fulling and worth every cent. It is our 6th time to Vietnam and it truly was the best accomadation we have stayed in Vietnam. The cost was also great and I would recomend all who can to stay there as it just superb with great views and close to all activities.

For $70 USD (booked directly thru Accor website) I was given a standard room - it was anything but standard. I think the Novotel Nha Trang is an absolute steal. The greatest thing about this property is the view - just incredible sightlines to the beach. The location is fantastic, as well. It's just steps from the ocean and a couple of minutes from the main shopping/restaurant area in the city. Check-in was prompt and courteous. A brilliant hotel, very clean, sleek and modern. Great views from the room and a lovely large room too. Hotel staff very efficient, giving you a great service. Good location, overlooking the beach. Great pool and fitness centre. Really enjoyed our stay a little taste of luxury.

When I checked in to the room, I immediately gasped. It was much better than I expected for their cheapest room. The hotel is still new, so everything is new and everything in the room is gorgeous, down to the glasses in the minibar. There is a balcony with some wicker furniture that overlooks the city and the sea- a great view. The in-room Internet is free and the room has a flat screen TV. The only two things that were drawbacks were that there is no bathtub (but there is a lovely glass shower) and there is construction next... more

The Novotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! We had a standard room and were quite shocked at how good it was for the price. The room was large with a comfortable bed, large flat screen tv, adsl in the room, an huge bathroom with sunken shower, a couch, a balcony with table and chairs and a fabulous view of the beach....The buffet dinner was delicious and the service was terrific. Not one complaint about anything...not cheap but good value for money if you want a bit of luxury.

My friend and I stayed in vietnam for a week in Dalat (Ngoc Lan Hotel for 2 nights) , Nha Trang for two nights and HCM (Majestic Hotel for two nights). The Novotel in Nha Trang is the best. We found this hotel when we looked out from another hotel window, feeling sorry for ourselves. Novotel Nha Trang is a relatively new hotel, and it was not listed in the Lonely Planet guide book. The hotel manager was very pleasant and amicable. He showed us the 3 types of rooms available, and gave us very practical advice. The hotel had only been open a few weeks but there were no teething problems whatsoever. Great modern rooms and showers are amazing. It's right on the beach. Would definatley stay again.
