Kuta Puri Bungalows

We had 6 nights in Kuta and decided to stay at the Kuta Puro Bungalows mainly because of the great location, its on Poppies Lane 1. We had a standard room which cost arount $60 US per night, this included a cooked breakfast each morning. The rooms were nice and clean and they were cleaned each morning to a high standard. Beautiful place. A bit expensive, but worth it. Clean, comfortable, convenient! It's also in a great location, and very quiet as well.

My wife and I stayed for 3nights on two seperate occasions on our 2week holiday in bali. The first 3nights, the room was on the west side of the lot, second level, fairly private and a bit more traditional style. Quite nice and clean but a little run down/old, especially in the bathroom. Gardens/grounds are nice. The second 3nights was on the east side, second floor. This was also clean but had a real 'jail-cell' feel to it as well as being a bit run-down and you could hear people in other rooms easily. Definetely not as nice... more

We checked into Kuta Puri after we ran away from Bali Bungalo. And I wish we hadn’t wasted a night at the previous hotel. Very friendly service, nice and clean rooms, good bathroom, 2 lovely pools. They even have a small gazebo for poolside massages. Reasonably priced but small spa. Adequate buffet breakfast. Close to the beach. I had a pleasant stay and was very pleased with this hotel. Will definitely come back.

I stayed at the Kuta Puri for 4 nights whilst in Bali last year. I stayed there with my husband 36, father 59, neice 18, son 9 and daughter 6, and we all agreed this was the best place we stayed in Bali during our trip! We then moved onto Sanur after staying at the Puri but wished we hadn't as the price, service and location could not be matched by the puri. Stayed at Kuta Puri for the first time last year, and have re-booked for 5 weeks this year. Have been travelling to bali for the past 10 years and only discovered this Hideaway last year. and I am so glad I did. Spent 4 weeks there last year, I found the staff friendly, service was always prompt and being in the heart of Poppies I thought we might have some problem with the noise, but once you walked through the main entrance you were in paradise. .Kuta Puri Bungalows is in Poppies lane 1. Just a short walk down poppies lane to the right as you come out of the property then across the road is Kuta beach. It is also about 5 -10 minute walk to the main shops of Kuta and the Kuta art markets. My family has just returned from beautiful Bali and we had the best time ever!! Kuta Puri Bungalows is our "Garden of Eden". The place itself is set in magnificant lush gardens, which are tended daily by five friendly gardeners who work tirelessly to ensure that there is not a blade of grass or a flower out of place. kuta puri's location is excellent. despite being so near to the beach & all the hustle bustle around, it 's really quiet & peaceful within the compound of the hotel. besides a spacious garden, it has added an additional pool recently, so it wouldn't feel so crowded. rooms are generally clean. 8 more deluxe rooms will be ready probably by next month. i really can't tell the difference between the standard & deluxe rooms, the standard & balinese bungalows. they look the same to me except the choice of colours & a little of the decor. i... more

This hotel was fantastic! It was my first time traveling to Bali, but my gf at the time had stayed there before. The staff are fluent in Japanese and English (she is Japanese) so they were very helpful. The place was very safe and always had someone watching the gate. The location is fantastic and is only about 2 minute's walk to the beach (1min if you jog!).
