Kenzi Tower Hotel

Stayed here in Nov 2009. I enjoyed everything about the stay except the price but hey it is a 5 star. The lobby, rooms, restaurant and common areas all top notch. Our room was large, well appointed and had a nice city view. The en suite bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and really make this place 5 star quality. I’d suggest that you not waste precious vacation time in Casablanca as there is very little of interest in this city. But if you have to spend an evening or two here, this is a fine hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Unfortunately the hallways smelled of cigarettes. The staff is friendly but slow. A big plus is the top floor restaurant and bar with a magnificent 360° view of the city. Did not stay at the hotel, but enjoyed drinks at the Skybar and dinner at the restaurant. I found the food and service above average. The restaurant manager, Mr. Ali Elamrani, was very helpful and solicitous. A real gentleman! His staff was cordial and were attentive to my every need. The view of the city was magnificent, the decor beautiful, the food and beverages excellent. This is truly a place to go when you are in Casablanca.

Dont go there, it is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel but the services is so bad. The frontdesk did not stop calling us every 5 minutes to ask questions. Because the hotel is new, it seems the employee dont know how to deal with people. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect, but for the price go somewhere else. The service is so bad!!!!!!!!!!

this hotel is probably the WORST "5 star hotel" ive ever been to. Ok, so the rooms are nice and clean, but other than that it scores below 0!! unfriendly staff, rude manager, this hotel is like a prostitue that is only after your money and wants you out before you are even in! they take NO pride in anything they do, every one wants a bribe for doing nothing...dare i go on?? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

This hotel has only been open one month and they are still finding their way, but it was really a great place. Especially for business travellers. Good points - very friendly staff, very clean rooms, modern, great bar on top floor, panoramic views over all casablanca, nice decor, fantastic internet connection (not wifi though), close to business areas and restaurants and shopping. Bad points - lifts very slow to arrive, car service to airport badly organised, clumsy security check at entrance, beer too expensive.
