Hotel Sentral

Right close to KL Sentral station and 5 stops from KLCC. Good value for a short stay.

My family and boyfriend stayed here for a total of 7 nights, as we were travelling to and fro back to KL from Sabah and Penand. Check-in was abit slow even tho we showed them the printout of our itinerary from our internet booking. Anyway the staff are nice and service is good. The location is excellent. Public transport is 2mins away, food stalls at the front (good food too). We also had a car and we parked there for free even on the days when we were in Sabah and Penang. Stay for 2 nights and was extremely happy. Location is good, very near to bus, monorail and train station. Room was spacious and clean. Check in was fast without any hassle. Choices for breakfast was limited but acceptable if you are not a big eater. The street in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy but still acceptable considered the location of the hotel. Would definitely stay with them again.

Nice n cool place, really central with a monorail n rapid kl station nearby. A fresh n newly built property. Affordable price with all basic necessities available nearby - indian restaurant, a grocery shop, money changer, a mall all at walking distance. only thing which need an improvement was the breakfast. Stayed their for two days........

Clean and comfortable. Right next to a Monorail station and a few minutes walk from KL Sentral station. Not as close as the Hilton/Marriot, but worth the few extra minutes walk for the price. Excellent value. Breakfast was very good - we ate so much we didn't need lunch. The shower head and toilet paper holder broke during our stay (4 nights). I left them on the basin but they weren't fixed - I kept forgetting to tell the staff at reception so it was my own fault.

This hotel is for someone who’s planning a short trip in to kl. I had a plan of staying here for 2 days. I personally do not like to spend on hotels where I am only going to sleep, and this one suits me. If you are planning to move around in the city and just going to sleep and keep your luggage there cannot be a better place. Very close to kl monorail, kl sentral metro and bus station. Being close to bus station I went to genting highland and back in just 19 RMs. took monorail for shopping at bukit bitang which normally costs about 2-3... more

Hotel Sentral Kuala Lumpur opened on May 15 2009, positioned as a mid to low priced hotel in the heart of little India – Brickfields. At the promotional rate offered by their website, we found it to be good value accommodation for adult travelers staying for short periods and would recommend it to others. Should you need to stay close to KL Sentral station for commuting purposes, and don’t wish to splash out on an upmarket bed, Hotel Sentral’s a great alternative to staying nearby at the much more expensive Hilton and Le Meridien.... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Sentral. It is brand new so right now is very clean which I love. The staff were all very friendly, even though we had a little mix up with nights stayed v nights paid. But it was sorted out and I can understand the language barrier can be hard sometimes. Housekeeping were excellent and hardworking. Brekkie was hit and miss depending on the time you went down but genrally we found something to eat. Very convienant location right next to KL Monorail. This hotel has a few things going for it. It's fairly inexpensive, quite new, and a 10 minute walk from KL Sentral station (right next to the monorail station). Four or five stops to Bukit Bintang. There is nothing of much interest in the immediate area. We stayed at the Hotel Sentral on a stopover because we had a morning flight, but didn't want to be in the middle of nowhere at an airport hotel.
