Hotel Palazzo Decumani

Great location, don't expect a main street but small side streets that makes up the city. The main sights are also within walking distance. Neat contemporary design throughout the hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Definitely a relaxing atmosphere to recover from the bustling Naples city life.

Not only will you have an excellent stay (as we just did), but I selfishly want to make sure this place does a thriving business at a nice profit so it will always be there for my stays in Naples! After one week in Ischia we spent one night in Naples. Now we regret it was the only night. The city is impressive, but the greatest supprice was the hotel. We arrived two hours before the check in time and it was not a problem - rooms (one with crib for our child) were ready. We were truly surprised by this new hotel!! Very elegant, service was impeccable, and loved our terry cloth robes and slippers... The marble bathroom was beautiful and complete with ETRO bath amenities...I felt like a queen while taking a bubble bath! We spent one night in this hotel and would definitely come back! The hotel has been fully renovated and offers both a very cosy "lounge" atmosphere combined with the feeling of being in an old building. Rooms are excellently equiped and incredingly comfortable, with a level of 5* even though this hotel is ranked as 4* hotel. We also very much appreciated the service. The person at the reception was always willing to help and very efficient. The hotel is located on a small and very quiet square.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much! Just been renovated, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. I would have liked to stay longer. I would recommend it for couples rather than for singles, at night it would be safer! High standard!

My wife and I spent two nights at Palazzo Decumani in Naples Italy. Our only regret is that we would have liked to have stayed at least twice as long, both because Naples itself is one of the most interesting and artistic cities we've visited (we are constant travelers) and also because the Decumani was new, very comfortable and the staff warm, welcoming and very helpful. I enjoyed our stay in this hotel; the staff crew was very nice with us, rooms, furniture and bathrooms are brand new and design-oriented. Just one defect: the hotel is placed in the historical centre of Naples, that does not seem to be a safe place to walk through at night - but I think that's the fee you have to pay if you wish to stay in the very centre of Naples. Despite of all the bad news coming from Napels concerning their garbage problems we had a wonderful time staying in the brand new and beautifully restored Palazzo Decumani. Our room was big and comfortable with a very good bed and the bathroom was luxurious and well equiped. The hotel is very nicely situated in the Port and University area with all its little streets, old churches, squares, fine restaurants and bars.
