Hotel Ibis Pattaya

I was supposed to stay for 02 nights, landed up staying for 05 nights. 24/7 reception is very friendly & will help you through all your decent needs. Rooms are very clean, cozy and peaceful. Food is good, but little expensive. Traveling to other place from there is 24/7 accessible & cheap. Located in far end of Pattaya with much better environment for families and bachelor’s. Worth paying the best price .

Well I left thailand on the 8th May only to return on the 22nd May I have found one of the best most reasonable hotels in the Ibis outstanding service from the friendly General Manager Nan the hotel is in an ideal location set back off the 2nd road the rooms as have said before small compact but everything you could want in a hotel not that you spend a lot of time there, my only advice is that if you have a laptop pay 400 baht for the 24 hour internet access not 100 baht for the hour makes more sense.

The Staff at Ibis were very accommodating. I was travelling with 2 small kids and they gave me an excellent room with the Bunk BEds and toys and games etc. Rooms were very clean (as requested) and service was very Good. Swimming pool was very good and the guest service was excellent. Location was excelent, right on the main road yet very quiet. Will definitely choose the IBIS again.

Very good hotel to stay for a short vacation and trip. Very nice calm environment, very clean hotel rooms. slightly smaller but good and healthy. Good Swimming pool and close to the seas. will surely recommend a second stay at this hotel. ciao ron

We arrived in our ute and the guard let us into the hotel grounds where our luggage was unloaded and sent to our rooms while we parked close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is located on one of the main one way streets with plenty of street vendors, restaurants, bars etc nearby plus the Big C shopping centre. Walking distance to the beach. Very friendly hotel staff great we spent 13 nights there. The rooms to us were an average size, very clean, pool towels supplied, shower gell and soap in bathroom. In room safe, hanging space could have done with more draw space. LCD TV at end of bed. Bed was slightly hard but not the end of the world.Breakfast in hotel was nearly 300baht on the main road outside hotel was the Pattaya bowl in there it was 45baht and enough to fill us up. Ibis Pattaya - a new hotel , modern and comfortable hotel . The hotel is brand new so has difficulties for the tuk-tuk driver to find. Always keep the hotel address in Thai or phone number so that the driver can contact easily with the hotel and get you to there. Ibis Pattaya has a very nice,lovely pool( small) . Hotel Staffs is very lovely , friendly and politely. The room is clean , comfortable, modern , nicely decorated however it is a bit small..The bathroom is also very small but it is not a big problem for me... more

excellent clean safe place to stay in pattaya. located at the north end of the beach, in a clean area. walk to tifany. walk to subway, pizza hut. flag a shared taxi or a tuk tuk for 10 baht each way. excellent value for money. best electronic safe for keeping passport when out. helpful hotel staff.

Typical Ibis hotel - modern and clean. Nice pool area but from what we saw, it never got the sun. We asked for a no-smoking room but then changed for a smoking room as they have balconies. So if you want a balcony, ask for a smoking room. The hotel is located on the doorstep of some bars and shops but is a good walk to walking street, although you can jump on a 'bus' (converted pick up trucks) and wherever you get off it's only 20 baht. A typical Ibis hotel. Neat, clean and efficient. The front staff were lovely however a couple of times there were some communications issues. Kids rang us from Australia and were put through to the wrong room a couple of times, but no biggie. Rooms are small but neat and tidy and have everything you need. There is a bit of noise from other rooms or people walking up the corridors ( hello Mr Snorer.. you REALLY were LOUD :-) ) It's on the outskirts of the main Pattaya beach/strip area but that's fine if you don't want... more
