Thank you for having chosen Hotel Denit for your stay in Barcelona and also for your time describing your experience with us about our hotel. The opinion of our guests is very important to us and helps to improve our standard and service. Although some of them are not as good as we would like, and of course, let me apologise for the inconveniences you had at the breakfast area and during the check-in. We do not pretend to change your opinion about us at all. We are a brand new hotel and we have lots of things to do, to improve and to learn from our guests. We have taken good note about your remarks concerning our staff we are sorry for the inconveniences it might have caused you. Please be informed that your comments were brought to the attention of our Departments’ Managers and we have already taken the corrective actions. I know that there may be also some cultural differences sometimes for which what is perceived is not necessarily what has been transmitted. Concerning what you said about the breakfast in our property, we just would like to clarify that our breakfast is within common standards for Barcelona hotels of this category and also that it is forbidden to walk barefoot for hygiene reasons as you may understand. That is why the person, who was there, kindly told you to wear some shoes, because it is a question of health regulation and hygiene. We are sorry that we could not meet all of your needs and expectations but perhaps you should try a higher category hotel of the Majestic Hotel Group like the Majestic Hotel & Spa or the Murmuri Hotel on your next visit to Barcelona.
