Hesperia Ramblas

My daughter and I stayed at the Hesperia Ramblas for 3 days in November. The hotel is in the C/Hospital, just a few steps away from the Ramblas and the Underground Station Liceu. The Boqueria market with its fantastic choice of food is around the corner. The hotel is lovely and well-equipped. It has a safe, a minibar, a flat screen TV (which my daughter enjoyed). We spent 2 nights at this hotel prior to a Mediterranean Cruise. This modern hotel is around the corner from Las Ramblas and right next door to Boqueria Market which has some great tapas bars, a great place for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and the rates were great value. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no complaints at all.

we spent four days at Hesperia Ramblas hotel end of spetember begining of October , we arrived Barcelona by train from Madris and it was an easy access to the hotel the hotel is just 2 blocks away from the famous lasRamblas and just beside Boquierra Market , the lobby was trendy and cozy , the staff were friendly and helpful and even when they tried our credit card for authorization and we had a problem they make it easy and check in us swiftly till we contacted our bank , the room with sapcious comparing to the european standard , comfy... more

My wife and I stayed here 6 nights for our 1 year anniversary in August 09. The room was very comfortable and modern. The location cannot be beat!! Right in the middle of Las Ramblas, very close to the metro, La Boqueria a few steps away for breakfast and fresh juice in morning. We loved this hotel, and would recommend it to everyone.

I was extremely happy with our stay at the Hesperia Las Ramblas. The hotel has an excellent location about a block from the middle of Las Ramblas. The hotel is immaculate with new bathrooms and air conditioning. The staff was also extremely helpful with assisting with any requests. I was happy we stayed here versus some of the other hotels I was looking at.

Let me start by saying I'm nightmarishly picky, so please bear that in mind when reading any criticisms below! However first the unequivocally good stuff... Location is perfect - 30 seconds off La Rambla, 1 minute from Liceu Metro station, two blocks from Placa Reial, five minutes from the Cathedral. Could not be better. We spent two nights at this hotel as part of a two week stay in Spain. The hotel is located one block off of the Ramblas, a wonderful area visited by most people who come to Barcelona. It is also only one block away from the famous market La Boqueria. There is a metro station located right where the side street meets the Ramblas. The hotel is five stories high. I travelled with my eleven years old kid, for four nights. Everyone told me that the Raval could not be such a good idea, even if the Hotel would be nice. Well, the C/ L'Hospital is not the most beautifull street in Barcelona, of course, but i've never got afraid even when we arrived at half past eleven. The Hotel is brand new, clean, the service is ok, and the room quite large and nice. We asked for a high level room and we got it imediatly. No noise at all. My wife, 4-year old and myself stayed at the Hesperia Ramblas for 4 nights at the end of June. It was easy to fine, about a 2- minute walk from the Liceu Metro station. We were first given a very small room (211?) in the back of the hotel but because we had a younster with us, they moved us to a larger room at the front (311?) the following day. Keep in mind, we're not talking palatial digs here so the rooms are all going to be rather small however the 2nd room had a view of Hospital, the road that leads to La Rambla and was probably 1/3... more

We arrived for a 4 night stay at the Hesperia Ramblas. Its only a 30 second walk to La Ramblas, where you'll find everything you need! Its only 2-3 minutes walk to the nearest Bike Hire shop which i would recommend, its great fun, and there is the Metro stop Lucea at the end of the road. The hotel is clean, modern and trendy. You are provided with a Pillow Menu, flat screen TV, comfy bed, a safe and clean towels are provided every other day. Also there is air con.
