cool, great place - worth every penny! from southcap
great value! this place was a welcome relief after a string of backpacking hostels. the area isn't the best but it's a quick walk to the public transportation. the pool was an added bonus. breakfast was super - great food and big assortment. the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. really great place - I would stay here again any day!

I booked the hotel because of the reviews i read on the internet. so i decided to try. i could overlook the area where the hotel is, if its not because of the hotel's employees. it was raining really heavily, and i asked them to call a taxi for us. instead of trying to help, they told us to walk to the main road to hail a taxi, because calling one might take too long. I was appalled, because it was raining really really heavily, and she told us to do that! so we decide to hang out at the entrance to see if the rain will let up. thank god... more

I stayed for two nights at the hotel and was happy with the room and the service. I was really happy with the wake up call, in the past I have had early morning wake up calls missed which is not good if you have a plane to catch. I received the call at the correct time and then 10 minutes later the front deck rang to make sure I was up. I had booked a taxi to the airport not knowing that there was two International Airports I was taken to the main one when I needed the LCC. This was my fault really but as a suggestion the desk clerk might... more

Stayed at Citrus for 4 nights. Was welcomed by very friendly staffs. Room is alright but unfortunately the bathtub on my room wasn't working. View from my room is amazing because i always love pools and my window is overlooking the poolside a storey below. Breakfast is fine. Food is very good too. Not enough English channels on the TV. This is a good hotel for a budget conscious traveller. Enough to be appreciated but not enough to get impressed with.

I stayed here for one night at Eid - got a good rate from the hotel's website, 190MYR for superior room. The room looked exactly like the one in the photo (the orange accented room) and actually had an amazing view of the Petronas Towers, which was a nice surprise. (My room was right at the end of the corridor/building; I'm sure not all rooms have this view). Not Bad from oz2u
Citrus hotel was clean, smiling staff and had decent views from the rooms. Breakfast was warm and fresh, not far to walk to get dinner and easy to walk into city. Just make sure the taxi drivers dont over charge you on your way to the hotel.... agree on the price before you get in to the taxi.

Nice Hotel from kar9
Hotel was in a central area about 40mins from the airport but good distance from the Petronas Towers. Very friendly staff and the food was good in their restaurant, the breakfast was nice also. Has a very retro feel to the hotel with nice decor, only the lighting in the rooms was a little too bright, especially if you wanted some dim lighting to read a book. Other than that I would stay there again.

Very excellent hotel and service from ZakiBaz
After searching and looking for a hotel for my business trip to KL. Friend of mine had recommended Citrus hotel for me to stay in KL. After 2 hours from Bangkok to KL airport, and 1 hour from the airport to KL (the airport is far from the city), I had arrived to the hotel. The hotel was exactly what I expected. Clean, cool, Good English speaking staff, very personalized service..etc. I booked my room in the Club Lounge in this hotel. Excellent hotel. I booked a room from hotel website. I loved it! I never thought view of KLCC was going to be that good from our room. Staff is great. Pool is nice. Restaurant’s buffet is good. Neighborhood is so so, Executive Lounge is excellent.
