As for the flushing sir, it has been adjusted so as to minimise water wastage but the valve is adjustable so as to suit our guests needs. We thank you for taking the time. You have mentioned the location was good, so was the view from your room which is only offered in the Deluxe Rooms. You have given an excellent breakdown of the breakfast. We are in the process of upgrading the shower hose to stainless steel ones which are already fitted in most rooms. We are considering doing toilet upgrades before the fourth quarter of the year. Your room was not one of the toilets which was already done up from the sounds of it. You had mentioned that the aircon was loud, toilet was in poor condition. We do regular servicing for the aircons and are undergoing upgrades to change the shower rail to stainless steel ones which are already fitted in most rooms. Despite all the issues you brought up, it was nice that you appreciated the complimentary Internet. Our location is one of our best features which you too took advantage of and mentioned. Could I request for you to contact the hotel via email if possible and inform us of your room number so that I may personally inspect. We would like to welcome you back so as to try out the room and re-evaluate once more. I did go through the records but could not locate any requests for change of rooms. Good to know Citrus was your step up from Youth Hostels and glad that you were not disappointed. You’ve mentioned the locations, its transport possibilities and various food options around the property. There is a lot of hustle and bustle, which is great to be around so as to soak in the tourist atmosphere. The mattress is usually made up for the guest. Maybe it was too early in the day thus the confusion. Apologies for that. Happy to learn you found the room clean and hotel well run. The staff is trained well so as to be of additional service to all of our guests. Most of our packages are bundled in with breakfast. Maybe you had received the unbundled package. There were a few issues such as the alleys outside the hotel, which we have no control over, but non-the less, these are your thoughts. After hesitating to come, when you did decide to stay in our hotel, I’m glad to say that we managed to switch your perception. Upon your reason for changing the room, we gave you a room on the 12th floor, which you preferred. We have local channels, AXN, ESPN and Star Movies. We are currently having some reception issues but should be fixed anytime soon. We have identified it as an issue and are rectifying the problem. Our property does stand out in the surrounding thus guests preferring our hotel amongst others. Cockroaches are not an issue in our hotel as we are constantly doing treatment for such issues.
