Wonderful boutique hotel on beach road. A good combination for the single-solo traveler and couples, ect. Breakfast on the front patio is nice. Good basic selection with desert included. Nice to hang out in the lobby or library (yes library) and can rent a good movie DVD and hang out in your room. Staff helpful and each room gets 2 bottle water, 2 beer/soda per day..yes free, not the nicket (or baht) and dime thing. Good, fast, and FREE WIFI internet in each room. Baboona is centrally located in Pattaya directly opposite the beach. Very clean room,spacious and modern. Location opposite beach with seaview,like the balcony!! Bhat buses on beach road give you great access to the whole city. Hotel provided rental service of motorbike,which just 250Baht per day. Free WIFI,friendly staff,will definately stay there again!!

Having visited Pattaya ten times previously , we booked this hotel after reading comments on Trip Advisor. We had a sea view room on the 5th floor and this was excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good. There was no pool but this did not bother us. Food and drink were reasonably priced, in fact there was an offer on whilst we were there - 'buy one alcoholic drink and get one free'. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

First time here in Pattaya for 4 nights / 5 days before traveling onto Koh Samet I didn't know the difference between the 3 general areas of Pattaya and Jomtien. I am glad that we booked here in the north beach area of Pattaya! The further south you are, (by the walking street) it's loaded with bars, bars, and more bars - for bachelors in plain view! Echoing the prior reviews, Baboona Beachfront Living is a great place to stay for those people seeking more of a boutique style hotel. At around 2,000 Baht a night, I found the hotel a fairly good value for the rooms. They come equipped with a balcony, a large bed, nice bathroom and a large flat screen tv. Located in North Pattaya, it is away from the bulk of the seedy nightlife, though there are some bars next door. This seems virtually impossible to escape, where ever you stay. The Baboona hotel was great. We were surprised at how nice the room was for the price...go for the Deluxe on the upper floors for a great view on the large balcony. Nice bed. Clean. Beach right across the street. Short time Soi around the corner. 32" LCD TV for those nights with DVD player for the occasional night in watching a bootleg movie. Kitchen made a good cheeseburger. I'll likely stay here again next trip to Pattaya. If you've never been, go, it's fun, but not for the faint of heart.

I am a 24 year old man from Australia. Baboona Beachfront living was a fantastic hotel. The location is almost ideal, situated right on Beach road, and transport available cheaply and easily by taking 2 steps outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the cleaners, to the reception staff, to the security gaurds. I never saw any of them without a pleasant smile. Baboona Beach Front Living Resort is a small boutique style accommodation suituated on Beach Rd Pattaya. Location wise is perfect as it is suituated across from the beach with loverly sunset views across Pattaya Bay from your private balcony and only 5 minutes by transport to Walkin Street. stayed in the deluxe room, bathroom was amazing and the bed was huge we had a big plasma tv with satalite,. our balcony had great views to sea and the staff were excellent, shame about pattaya itself.

I had a week at the Baboona, located in North Pattaya next to A-One the Royal Cruise Hotel, about half way between the Dusit and Hard Rock Hotels. The sea-view deluxe rooms located on the 5th & 6th floors offer a view of the entire bay. My room on the 6th floor was of average size, but the large balcony added to the sense of space. I suggest you keep your sliding door locked though, as someone accessing your balcony from another room wouldn't be difficult.
