Has Potential
Stayed at the accommodation for two weeks a relatively new hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The management however didn't consider it's customers and forgot to put in the basics, this would have reduced the level of complaints on a daily basis. I think if the management take on the suggestions made for improving the bar, food, introducing a welcome pack, ice cream for the kids/ crisps, larger ice making machine, bar stools, beer/ fizzy drinks on the pump,and create an additional bar. Dear Sir, I thank you for what i consider a very positive and informative review for us management, and your comments are all useful for us and i assure you we will take note of your suggestions, however please note the following:- The bar is being completed in terms of the cloth for the shade and the bar stools within the next 15-21 days.. The delay has been with the shipment and we apologise for that. The items you have requested at the bar such as ice cream and crisps are offered a shop in the pool area and we will start including these items very soon. With respect to a fizzy machine, the soft drink companies in Sharm El Sheikh Coca Cola/Pepsi, do not use these machines anymore in hotels and do not supply it to them. This is an operational issue to do with their company policy here in Sharm El Sheikh however i dont expect the guest to know this information. As a 3 star in Egypt, and due to market conditions, it would be very hard to provide a welcome pack to guests upon arrival like most 5 star hotels do. We would love to do this and much more for our guests however we are sometimes limited due to the nature of the business. But we make up for this through our personalized service and attention to the guests. There is no request that we will not assist you in. "Yes is the answer, what is the question." With respect to having a second bar, it would be difficult due to the size of the hotel and number of rooms. We already have large bar on the pool and one in the resturant next to the lobby. In the future if we feel that the guests are requesting and it fits in the design and will help upgrade the hotel, we will defiantely consider this. However we thank you very much taking the time to inform us of your constructive feedback and we will look forward to you coming again in 6 months, and i am sure we will knock your socks off!!! hotel from hell
food was rubbish quality, repetative and cold. The beer was warm in the only bar near the pool area ran out of local vodka first night had to serve our self when the fridge was unlocked because no staff to serve us. Glasses where discusting and not washed properly they were rinsed under cold water and re-used, No snacks for kids, No entertainment. WE ENJOYED IT , BUT .
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days from the 14th August and can say we enjoyed ourseleves there . But the hotel could make alot of improvemnts i.e. bulbs in lights for starters even making sure the lights work that have bulbs in , filling in the holes where the old light fittings were (funny how a new hotel can have holes where old fittings have been,one for the management to answer i think there) . Excellent Value for Money
Just got back and had to say we had a fantastic time lounging around the hotel and taking in the sights and sounds of this region of Egypt. Abdul and Marco (pool and bar) work efficiently and nothing was too much trouble! Also the waiting staff did try to assist as much as possible but this is a new hotel so occasional minor problems did arise. Food at the all inclusive was beautifully presented and tasted super. Very Nice
My Husband and I stayed here and it was lovely! We came to Sharm to see the amazing coral and experiance Egypt. The hotel is new and yes has a few teething problems, but it is great value for money and Abdul the pool guy is fantastic! you are made to feel very welcome, and the rooms are really comfortable, clean, and the air con is a well needed asset. we were some of the first guests at the all seasons oasis. This turned out to be a bad point for us. We stayed for one week with my husband and some friends and for the first few days the all inclusive package was terrible. The bar was unmanned which resulted in us sometimes having to wait up to half an hour or fourty minutes for drinks and after dinner at 7 we could not get any drinks as there was no one at the bar to serve us. Thank you very much for your feedback, since you have left, i assure you improvements have been on a daily basis and you will see that with the reviews being posted on Trip Advisor. With respect to staff and drinks, we assure you that there are always staff available to serve you and that our All Inclusive does finish at 10pm. with respect to building sites, i don't beleive that the hotel is a building site, it was just a couple of items that needed to be painting, however we do apologize if you got teh wrong impression. The woman with blonde hair is Ms. Sharon ones who is the guest relations manager and is extremly helpful and committed with our guests. I assure you that being Irish has nothing to do with our business objective, as we are a hotel and we welcome all types of guests of all over the world. that is why we are in the hospitality business, becuase we enjoy meeting different people. With respect to sleazy staff, i believe that this occurs in most hotels in Egypt becuase of miscommunication and a difference in culture and mentality. I am not saying that it does not occur, however with respect to our hotels, i personally along with management are very careful about this so as to ensure that guests feel comfortable. Our hotels are very popular in the UK market and this is because of efforts we place on service and hospitality. We hope that we can make this up to you and would like to see you again on one of our hotels after implementing some of the contructive suggestions you have placed that we feel will help improve our level of service. Excellent, Relaxing and Friendly Hotel Oasis
Just returned from 1 week All Inclusive stay at The All Seasons Oasis and enjoyed every minute in Sharm. My wife and I both enjoyed the friendly & relaxed atmosphere of the hotel staff which in turn made an enjoyable stay for everyone there. As in other reviews a special mention has to go out to Marco, his attitude made him everyones best friend and we all loved his dancing on the Egyptian night.WELL FUNNY. Bad food, bad service, met good friends though!
I stayed at this hotel from the 1st-15th August with my boyfriend. This hotel is surrounded by unfinished buildings and the hotel name isn't in sight, it doesnt even look like a hotel from the outside. We found the staff had a bad attitude, they frequently talked in Egyptian to english guests and then would start laughing. Getting a drink can be a nightmare, when i was there the only bar they have, which is located in the pool area, was not manned. we had a great holiday the week we stay,d there , tho we found the food no good , they dont cater for kids and ther is not a very good choice of food one day we went in to eat to find mashed potatoes with a few chips on top of it but ther was no chips 2 b seen tho a group of people were eat,n chip,s at the pool after lunch time made us wounder if those few chips on top of the mashed potatoes was their left overs !!! so we just ate out after that . but we still had a great time the staff were fab, marco an abdul the pool boy an abdul the... more
Fantastic hotel - We love Marco!
Being amoung the first people to have stayed at this hotel, we couldnt fault any part of our holiday here! The housekeeping team, especially Abdul, were brilliant. We came back most days to find a spotless room and handmade towel animals on our bed, which was a lovely touch! Marco, the barman, is an absolute asset to this hotel with his fantastic service and friendly manner.
