went to bar for drink to be told very rudley stand at that side of the bar if you really want a drink my husband and i paid this holiday and in cash a while back dont the staff know if they had been half way polite they would have recieved tips the drink in my opinion was... more

We have just returned from a weeks all inclusive at the Santa Lucia it was just fantastic. I can understand the comments but as it ever occured that the staff have now lost thier tips due to the new grading. I found them courtious and efficient and very pleasant when spoken... more

Have stayed many times over last 12 year or so, they have just started All Inclusive, my wife and I were Half Board and paid easily the best part of £2000 for 10 day stop. There was the usual long queue for sunbeds, the mad rush begins at 0800 when staff open the Pool area... more
