Dear guest, Thank you for the time you took to post your review (specially thank you for the capital letters on "best" and "wow"!), our apologies about the delay you had on your room service, along with the Food and Beverage Manager, we have worked out how to shorten the preparation times in the kitchen, even when the restaurant is full. This month is the first time we have ever been at high occupancy since our opening, and some adjustments have shown to be necessary, however we are hands-on it in order to only get better and better as our occupancy increases (thanks to great comments like yours!). I wanted to let you know that I shared your comment about about desserts to our pastry Chef, and he went back to his pantry and worked out 2 new new desserts and modified two of the recipes thanks to you! He is now just waiting for you to come back to try them - however, we will not be held responsible for any weight complaints afterwards.... ;). We have taken your comment of the Spa treatment pricing into consideration, compared to other alike resorts in the area and make some adjustments. We have also changed into a new product brand, Natura Bissé, which allows us to upsacale and give a better price-value relationship. This new line of products has also provided training to our staff. Thank you for the suggestion. As for the wine, we have talked to our suppliers to find ways to be careful with the imports since the origin and once it comes into the island. Thank you for that too! What you have to say about our hotel is the most important assessment to us, you are the reason why we work so hard and find ways to make the experience at our hotel a unique one. Thank you for taking the time to write such a long, complete and fantastic review!! (did our staff bribe you with delicious lobsters in order for you to write it?? smile). I spoke to the Chef about the suggestion on the side dish, and you are right, it was repeated in several dishe, sorry for overlooking such detail, however thanks to your suggestion we have ventured into: grilled vegetables towers, smashed carrots, thousand layers of yuca, grilled tomatoes with basil........ hopefully you will come to try them all very soon.
