Overall very pleasant
from Ben&Emma
Stayed here in the Hummingbird Suite for 7 nights last week, and 1 night in a standard room on the last night due to booking at the last minute. On arrival there was no porter to take luggage from the taxi but one did arrive whilst we were at reception being offered a welcome drink. Hummingbird Suite & Hibiscus Suite are definitely the best two rooms in the Hotel being right at the front of the property overlooking the beach. We were shown around the room, which was lovely. Huge bedroom with Super King sized bed, large LCD TV,...

The staff are the bonus at Treasure beach
from markworthing
We stayed in the Hiibiscus suite which is spacious, the bathroom is large, however the plumbing could be better. The position is great, you hear and see the sea. The staff are friendly and efficient. Food is good but not excellent and we mainly ate out. Breakfast fare lacks imagination. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and to be recommended for lone travellers who would feel comfortable there. The beach is narrow but ok and clean. We especially enjoyed using the suite's patio. Many people return to this hotel...

Treasure Beach is a Gem
from lauriedominic
Treasure Beach is by far one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed at. Management, setting, decor, atmosphere and fellow guests make it truly exceptional. No effort is too much for the staff. From manager Hamish Watson on down, the staff take a personal interest in making sure that your trip is special. Rooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, huge bathrooms (a nice touch is a candle next to the bathtub), fresh flowers in the bedroom and bathroom, a flat screen TV with satellite stations, a nicely...

Absolutely adored it
from Louisville_KYTodd
My family (2 adults, 3 teenaged daughters) stayed at Treasure Beach from June 13-20, 2007 and absolutely loved it. We'd not been to Barbados before (althought we'd traveled to a number of islands throughout the West Indies as a family), and were curious about exploring the differences. We had adjoining suites above the lobby area. We found them to be spacious, well-furnished and clean, with outstanding, nicely-appointed bathrooms and good air conditioning. The landscaping and exterior maintenance were nicely done, the pool and beach...

Absolutely Fabulous!
from babsworthing
Treasure Beach is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The location is fabulous the beach is quiet, food is excellent especially the seafood. All the staff are very helpful, on our first day the duty manager introduced herself and offered us lots of advice for things to do with the children (5 & 7). The manger is very friendly and really makes you feel welcome. Rooms are newly refurbished to a high standard and very comfortable. Good sized pool that our kids loved (shallow end 4ft deep end 10ft). The hotel is extremely clean and well...

Fantastic
from manug-a
Just came back from the Treasure Beach hotel. This was our first visit to Barbados and the Caribbean, we've travelled extensively around the world and especially Asia so did not want to expect much from Barbados for fear of being dissapointed. We couldn't have been more wrong! The hotel was perfectly positioned on a great stretch of beach. The staff at the hotel were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Our 2 year old son was pampered by everyone whether it was in the restaurant or anywhere else....everyone is extremely nice and...

Perfect for a quiet wedding.
from BucksWanderers
We went to Treasure Beach earlier this month for the wedding of our son (and his fiance, now wife). The hotel setting was perfect, under the mahogany tree just before sunset, and the staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble and they managed to find the time to be friendly and chatty as well. Other guests in the hotel were also lovely, sharing our joy at the celebration. We try to avoid going back anywhere we have already visited - there are too many places in the world to see - but we can easily see ourselves back at...

A Treasure
from yraveller1
We stayed for two weeks in February 2007. Our poolside suite was spacious, attractive and not over-elaborate. The gardens, running down to the beach, are small but well-planted and well-maintained. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful and efficient, and the manager very much in evidence. The food was variable, sometimes very good. This is a hotel for people who want a comfortable quiet retreat. (If you run out of something to read, there is a collection of - mostly mass-market - books left by previous visitors.) The library also...

Loved it!
from Steps
Absolutely loved it! The Treasure Beach is a little gem of a hotel. It was recommended to us by friends who we know being very particular holiday makers so we knew we were going to love it. Hamish really looks after you. The beach is fabulous....this hotel is on one of the best parts of the beach. The people are lovely. The breakfast great. Rooms spacious and clean. Lovely big bathrooms. There does seem to be a lot of repeat guests which says a lot for the hotel. All the people we met were lovely and friendly...you can mix and have...

Not that great actaully
from paps200
Sorry but i really wasnt that impressed, and speaking to others staying there at the same time, neither were they! maybe its because iv stayed in such lovely places before that i found issues with the place. beach is nice, but the staff are horrificly grumpy! one even tapped harshly my brothers hand (who is only 7) away from taking sandwichs at afternoon tea. and as for the fitness centre, it has an utterly foul smell, and is the size of a large toilet. I supose its a sweet hotel, but NOTHING for teenagers, young people... very popular for...
