Fresh Apartamentos Magamar

Came back from the magamar injuly..been moarning & reminiscing ever since!! atmosphere was mad! constantly lively up untill 5am..so dont expect to get any sleep, get involved!! haha really close to bcm and the strip the whole place was so joke!! loved it! only things that wernt too great was walking back about 6am seeing prostitutes on the street corner just outside magamar bit scary after uve had a few too many! some guys we met said they got attacked by them aswel, so keep an eye out! believeable after seeing these women/men!! having no aircon in the rooms made thing slightly hot &sweaty..not great espesh after water/foam partys and not having the maids change them! you get what you pay for anyway, if your just looking for a masssssivo alcoholic bender, mad lively riot'd up sex round the corner :s haa not caring the state of your living for the next week or whatever you go for this is the place for you! oooooh yeah had a peek inside the jungla hotel looks a good one maybe even a little mader than the magamar!

Just had to leave a comment as like most people will be i was a little nervous when reading the reviews about the Magamar. However DO NOT believe everything you read.
The Rooms are good however a bit hot and the balcony banter is great, The security is leneant which creates a great atmosphere. Its not too noisey and any noise there may be is irrelevant coz ur too smashed to take notice n e way.
The pool is crap. Go to the fiesta saharas round the corner!!!
the maid came round 4 time in 11 days for us, NOTHING WAS STOLEN!!! However do get a safe key.
The reps are freestyle reps are awsome and really helpful.
I had the time of my life there and i am going back again next year

PS Do not go if u are a COUPLE or wanting a relaxing holiday!!!!

hey i just got back from the magamar what a heap 2 stars how can that be 2 stars it was dirty ants all over in the kitchen so so noisey and the security was just stupid people were getting kicked out for talking over the balcony and the swimmiming pool was just a paddling pool.
it needs more things for people to do in there is always a lot of wating around 1 pool table and a table tennis table all for a full hotel and the prices should be a little bit cheaper since you have already paid for the hotel you should get a discount with staying there and food needs to be offered a bit longer aswell not a very good menu.
and cleaners came round once a week to do thebedding it was so hot so sweaty a lot so always sleeping in your sweaty sheets not the way to live horrible

Was quite wary about what to expect from reading previous reviews but omg magamar was amazing!! its not the nicest looking hotel but definitly the best goin in magaluf when it comes 2 getin ****d n havin fun!! has everything u need and in a good location would advice girls to take some small mirrors wiv them tho!! Best holiday of my life would defo go back loved it and everyone we met there!! PS its easy to go and use the pool in the hotel at the back if u fancy a quiet day near the pool!!

4 of us went last year and loved it!! was the best holiday ever, have a hard time topping it but i'm sure we will manage!
The banter in the hotel is amazin, what a laugh!! Just join in thats what we done!
the rooms are clean, feel sorry for the maids tho! one of the maids stole my friends mobile(well she thinks anyway, she probs lost it) but what the hell it was worth it lol!!
If your old or can't handle the banter, simple as mate, don't go!!
This time in 2 weeks i'll be their!! bring it on!!

Well i am 17 an went to the magamar in May, along with a friend and 2 cousins , when we first arrived we were a bit freaked out cz of the bad reviews , it was nite and raining. but in the morning it got better , each night got better and better,
Deffo get the rep pass it will worth it , dont go out 2 early we went a round 11/12each nite, the foam and popcorn only starts at about 3am so dont rush to get there. the water park was good but we had bad weather , the pirates was awsum!
Hotel ppl friendly and every1 is nice and ppl get 2 no each ova over thee balconys.
BEST HOLIDAY EVER !!

me and my mates just came back from magaluf last week!! we had the time of our lives! and i would advise you to go there! the hotel was really nice, ideal for what we needed, which was a bathroom and a bed! couldnt have asked for better! the balconies were brilliant for meeting new people and all the staff were really friendly. id love to go back there!! =)

i just conme bk frm the magamar apartments and it was amazing there
i would recamend this to youngsters as it is a freestyle hotel
the reps was amazing we left it to late for our tickets to go and see pirates but our repz
give us a name of a rep from a diff hotel and he got us in
i can honestly say go to bcm night club wen they have a water party and u will be amazed

We went on holiday last week with 8 girls and 2 guys, was kind of dreading it as the reviews said it was awful, but when we got there it was reli good. We got asked to fill in a form about any damage in the room ( which was minimal) and they came up and fixed it which was reli good. The room was clean and everythin worked ( even in the kitchen), shower was powerful enough for a decent shower.
The night life was gr8, do the reps passes they are worth it, just incase u pay to go into a club and dont like it you have a choice of other clubs without having to pay another 15-25 euros in each, also pirates is a must do, its an amazing show. BCM is gr8 and the foam party we went to was fantastic.
It was a bit noisy in the hotel but by the time you get home you just sleep through it all, however it was very hot in the evening so its best to stay out untill 6pm and then go home get ready n go out at 11pm when all the clubs get started.
It was also very close to all you need to have eg supermarket around the corner ( food is a bit expensive so we took some pastas, noodles etc with us), beach and clubs where at most and 15 minute walk, BCM 5 minutes away.
I would definatly go back and recommend it to others for a clubbing holiday where u dont sleep much and have a gr8 laugh. Also its reli easy to meet new people and there are hardly any fights eg like in england.
All in all a wicked holiday and very very hot!!!!

when me and my friends first saw the hotel we were a bit worried because there were people hanging out of the balconys shouting at each other and the people below. there was loud music playing everywhere from different appartments.
we got there at about half past ten.
the reception staff were very friendly but we didnt like the fact that we had to pay 30 euros upfront incase we broke anything. we had the money thank god but we have seen loads of people who havent had it on them.
when we got to the room we were quite impressed. the back of the hotel is quieter than the front so we were a bit happier. the rooms were clean and tidy. the kitchen was very basic for a self catering holiday, they only had a toaster a kettle a hob and 2 pans....so you cant cook much.
the bathroom was good but the shower wasnt very powerful.
the beds are comfy but the pillows are a bit flat. theres no air con so you get really warm at night we have to keep the balcony door open. we were annoyed to find out the bed linen only gets changed once in 14 days. were had been to foam partys and water partys and the sheets stunk after the first few days.
the pool is clean and there is a lifegaurd most of the time which is good.
the staff are friendly but the cleaners can be a bit dodgy one wanted to throw half a bottle of vodka out. i just stopped her in time.
i would reccommend people to only stay for 7 or 10 nights as it gets a bit boring if you are here longer.
the hotel isnt as loud as i thought it would be for the type of holiday it is.
i would reccomend staying here if you are young and dont mind noise at night. anyone who wants quiet time wont get it here.
it is definatly not for familys or old people.
