Came back from magaluf nearly a month ago. Its just purely amazing. I went there back when i was 15 in the summer and it was amazing then. This time round it was at least 10% better than i ever expected. i easily survived on 680 euros. Thats including spending 285 euro on... more

I went as a girlie holiday to the well known "****aluf", On arrival the hotel staff are pretty moody, Rooms are just your standard european hotel room so don't expect luxury! Also don't expect more than about 4 hours sleep at night (that's if you intend on prioritising... more

0/10 I had no idea there is a place like this on the face earth. It's basically a zoo. We stayed 2 nights and left to the other side of the island. In those first 48 hours we got about 4 hours of sleep. The second night we realized that there was a man in our room staring... more

Just back from weeks stay at the Jungla. Being in my 40's this was obviously for the accommodation only, along with 3 others in their 20's. Having lived in Magaluf for some years i knew what to expect at the Jungla. Noise. Not a problem as i didn't come in till 4am myself.... more

HOLIDAY FROM HELL
ive just sat and read all these peoples reviews on may and its exactly true if youve got young children dont go .my children were 2 and 3 and luckily they managed to sleep through all the crap at night but we couldnt it did become quite scary right outside your balcony as we were on the bottom and the swearing and ranting was diabolicle. The reps were no help they were very young and was just up for all the talent that arrived daily hen nights, stag dos the list was endless. the facilities at the hotel were very basic food was crap drink was very expensive , the pool was nice although very cold i stayed for 2 weeks in total and were very bored by the end of my stay. i hope families take heed as the tour operaters just sell there product it is not child friendly here at fiesta jungla they say its families before june its total rubbish they allow anyone and everyone its only ashame that when children are banned after june they dont do the same to all the idiots before so families really can have a nice time like stated.
one of the most TERRIBLE hotels i have ever stayed
what can i say about this so-called hotel? it was one of my worst expiences in a hotel.the lobby was full of flies very small and poor decorated.the breakfast was a joke!i went once and i was surprised of the quality of food and quantity.terribe!the room was very very poorly furnished with the most cheap fabrics and furnitures i have seen in a hotel.the view horrible.we were looking at another gigantic hotel.gardens?what gardens.just a few palm trees that's all.swimming pool full of plastic chairs and sunbeds ,noisy, noisy ,noisy and extremely crowded.evening entertainment was for fools.i was very dissapointed,it ruined my holidays.
Good if youre there to party!
Went may 06 on a 10 person stag do and had a wicked time. Hotel was all you could expect for the money and is clean and tidy. The pool is huge but there is not enough sunbeds but we spent most of our time at the beach which is great. Very good location to all the bars and clubs. Places to eat are -flavours and crusoes which serve top food. I wouldnt recommend the hotel to families or older couples as you wont get much sleep as people are coming and going all through the night (gets quieter at 6 in the morning) The PRs that try to get you in the bars are a real pain especially on the main strip and felt like smacking them everytime they charged at our group but you just have to keep walking. One last mention goes to legends bar which is just opposite the hotel. It is the perfect place to start youre evening or chill out at any time and Dave who runs it is one of the nicest and most genorous people you could hope to meet on holiday. Cheers Dave
1 STAR. "JUST"
Just returned home after a week in the Fiesta Jungla - did not know a week could seem so long! We booked this hotel thinking it would be alright, three stars are usually ok. You can knock two stars off straight away for a more realistic assessment. Knowing that it is used as an 18/30 hotel during the high season we rang and were assured by Thompsons that there would not be any 18/30 there until the 6th June and it would still be mostly family orientated. Ooops, they forgot to tell us that club Freestyle were already there, in droves. During the day you did not see much of them (they were all still in bed) but come the middle of the afternoon they all emerged and gathered at the pool, bottles and cans at the ready. We did not bother much with the pool but it was the people with children we felt sorry for. The lads/lasses of freestyle took over and the language was choice!! - not what you want your children to hear. Evenings were quite quiet - they were getting ready to go out. About 4.30am it kicked off. Some seemed to come back to the hotel at this time every night, screaming and shouting, chucking anything moveable into the pool, including themselves. Then the 6am lot came back having just left BCM - the nightclub across the road. More screaming and shouting, no chucking things in the pool - the earlier lot had already done that! Do not expect to get much sleep if you use this hotel. Midweek - another Thompson bus dropped more holiday makers off and some of them were older people. Some of them were asking the Rep. if they could be moved to another hotel but she explained that as they were allocation on arrival they had to take what they were given. Rooms are basic, towels changed and maid service once a week only. If foul language and drunken behavour in the early hours of the morning until breakfast are your cup of tea then this hotel will suit you - couples and families be warned!
Good
Stayed here is September 2005. Didn't have any problems with the accomodation it was basic and there was enough room for 2 people in our apartment and cleaning was fine. Can be noisy but that is the type of place it is. Wouldn't go there in high season though. It was fairly quiet as we were just out of season. You can pay extra for buffet breakfast which is a short walk through the other two hotels/appartments that are of the same company - plenty to choose from but there are also cafes and restaurants nearby that are of a simiar price (although may not be buffet). The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and is lovely. Didn't really rate magaluf that much so probably won't come back but it was nice to have a break. Probably better for large groups looking to get wasted!
best holiday ever!!!!!!!
i went to magalluf on 19th july 2005 and loved it. it was my first holiday abroad (me and my mate)without our parents and we loved it. it was the best hol ever. the rooms were basic but clean and spacious. the balcony was great to get some shade in the day but still feel part of it all listening to the music around the pool. the beach was about 5mins walk and very clean. the nightlife was the best ever and the best was mulligans, boomerang, bananas and BCM. the foam party was wicked. the reps were always handing out posters and leaflets letting you know what events and trips they were organising which i thought was great and value for money. we made lots of new friends who we spent most of the holiday with and have decided to go back next year to see if we could find jobs as we loved it so much. if i hadn't of had to come back for college i would have still been out there now as it was so great. i would definately recommend fiesta jungla.
best hotel in magaluf
i've stayed in a few apartments in magaluf, and the fiesta jungla is only one i would return to.apart from the long wait to check in, our room was spacious (there was only 2 of us in the room), clean and we got our special request of high floor overlooking the pool. the rooms were cleaned every day. the pool area is massive plenty of sun loungers, the staff are all very friendly, decent bar and cafe. if i return to magaluf, which i probably will, the fiesta jungla is where i will be staying. not recommend for those who want to get a good nights kip as its constant noise!
Best hol ever!
Went to Magaluf on 21st Aug 05, i loved every minute of it. The fiesta Jungla is really good i think its the place to stay if you go to Magaluf, it is full of young people, its basic but what more do you want? the pool is huge and is the place to go to meet other people in the hotel. Everyone there is really friendly and i'd definately go back there if i was to come back to Magaluf. My fav places on the strip were Bananas, Boomerang, Tokio Joes, Mulligans! Although the other bars are good as well..i liked the Office and Chaplins. BCM was ok, but not really my type of music, but if you go to Magaluf you can't not go to BCM. The beach is nearby and is also really nice. We were with Freestyle, and bought the whole package. I'd definately get the MCP pass for places like Bananas and Boomerang it did make it cheaper for us. The Booze cruise is a good afternoon out, just make sure you don't get too wasted the night before so u can face alcohol! Aqualand the waterpark is also a really good day out, the BBQ and that after is good and def gets you in the mood. No real problems or faults with the hotel or Magaluf. The only thing i'd say is that at weekends all the sleazy spanish men are out, so watch yourselves. All in all, i had an amazing holiday and i would definaltey go back there again!
Only place to stay in magaluf
Me and 7 of my m8s went all ladz in july 05 was the best holiday ever, i would recomend this hotel to anyone lively an who loves a party atmosphere we hardly slept all holiday. The Hotel couldnt be any closer to the BCM, an its only a 2minute walk from the main strip. If your goin 2 magaluf this is the only place i would ever stay, most of the ppl from other hotels are round the pool of a day an come bk 2 c wots goin on in da nite. Evryone who i have spoke 2 loves it an wants 2 go bk.
holiday from hell
accomodation - spacious if there's 2, tight if 4. fairly clean, instructions as to do with dirty towels could've been made clearer. there was no fire evaquation rules/directions. the locks didn't work on the patio door in room 302 in block 4 (where i stayed). there was mould around the bath and taps. in general it was really basic. the best part about the apartment was that the safe was in the wardrobe- but i guess they were in the same place in every room! also in block 4 (even numbers) you have a decent view of the pool, i wouldn't advise sitting out on the balcony at night as you are drowned out by about 10 different songs coming from various apartments - so don't expect to hold a conversation with anybody. *ADVICE TO YOUNG GIRLS!!* MAKE SURE YOU ARE SINGLE, AND THAT YOU'RE FRIENDS ARE "easy" AND THIS WILL BE THE PERFECT HOLIDAY FOR YOU. I AM AN 18 YEAR OLD GIRL, WITH A BOYFRIEND, AND I WENT WITH 3 "friends", 2 WERE SINGLE AND 1 WASN'T, I THOUGHT I'D HAVE MY FRIEND FOR COMPANY KNOWING WE WRE IN RELATIONSHIPS, BUT IT TAKES ONE DRINK AND NO PERSUATION FOR YOU TO BE SINGLED OUT. I ONLY STUCK THIS HOLIDAY FOR 2DAYS AS IT SEEMED YOU HAD TO BE EASY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME.. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T WALK ABOUT ALONE AT NIGHT, IT'S EASY FOR ANYONE TO FOLLOW YOU BACK TO YOUR ROOM KNOWING YOU ARE ALONE. also you can use your phone in your room to call other appartments- i found we were getting rung 5-6 times a night to go round lads' appartments for drinks and other.........thankfully i refused. not that i'm a party pooper but everyone is only there for one thing.take precautions! i know this was club freestyle, however i found it unbearable to get any sleep between 3-7am. this is when the music starts and pool antics. don't think this is an ideal holiday if you're in a committed relationship, it's not suited to everybody's needs as i found out. i flew home after the 2nd day- and wasted £550 on what should've been a 2wk holiday. i just couldn't stand it. BEST BITS *the pool - huge, warm, great dj *BCM's - plays dance n r n b, great podium dancers and all u can drink for 23 euros. *price of food - definately value for money. Sorry but i won't be returning (unknown to me when i got home, the hotel was featured on holidays from hell - they certainly weren't wrong). Girls be vidgilant at all times.
