It was with concern to read about your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the room as well as about the volume levels throughout the Hotel that you considered to be too high. Whilst our Rooms and Suites are varying in sizes and design, your comments about the Housekeeping Service have been shared with our Executive Housekeeper who will investigate to eliminate a recurrence in the future. Regarding the music you find throughout the Hotel we have recently reviewed the levels of volume in all areas of the Hotel as it is our aim to cater in style and service for all our guests needs, whether they travel for business purposes or just to relax. I certainly regret that your recent experience with us has left you feeling that you would not wish to return to Media One Hotel, but I do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our standards and concept in the future. Dear Mar_Sam_Jo, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent visit to Media One Hotel. I was of course most alarmed to learn that your experience did not meet the high standards we strive to achieve. Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfalls you encountered. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention and the opportunity to address your feedback. With regards to the prolonged check-in experience as well as the issues relating to your room key which was not available upon your arrival, may I please request you to regard your experience as an isolated incident. Whilst we were facing challenges with our key system for a few days after the opening of our Hotel, I can assure you these have been overcome and we have taken measures that an such incident will not recur to any of our guests in the future. Concerning the noise level in the Lobby that affected your conversation with our Front Desk Agent as a result from our Resident DJ’s music in our Z:One Bar; many of our guests consider the set up of our Lobby with a Bar next to our Front Desk as an advantage, however we have reassessed the volume levels and come up with ways of minimizing any disturbance to guests not joining the party in our popular Bar. I would like to once again apologize for this shortfall in our service and reassure you that your comments have been discussed among the team. Whilst I certainly regret that your recent experience at Media One Hotel has left you feeling disappointed, I do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service standards. We all are looking forward to the possibility of welcoming you back to our Hotel and I am certain we will be able to redeem ourselves on the next occasion.
