rooms large and very clean. cleaned every day with bed sheets chnaged and new towels. we had a room with a balcony not over looking pool but could see the sea over the marshes which was nice for sitting on in mornings/evenings. pools were amazing! one sloping one, one shallow one, and one 1.7m deep one. was huge and perfect for doing lengths, usually the only one swimming in it. lots of sun loungers so never any fighting over them. lots of plants and green grass around pool, well kept and watered every day. heated indoor pool and jucazi were a bit cold but you dont really need them in the summer. Son bou town 20mins up/down hill walking. son bou quiet but adequate. bus from outside hotel every hour to beach, small train stop near hotel for trips every 45mins to son bou (3 euros each way) breakfasts were huge and wide choice - cakes, cheese, hams, fruit, cooked breakfast, yogurt, cereal, fruit juices, tea, coffe, all breads - keeps you full all day. really friendly small supermarket outside hotel entrance, has anything you require. hotel bar very expensive! 2.5 euros for a small lemonade/coke! buy soft and alcoholic drinks from supermarket.

Great holiday, fantastic hotel with great facilities. Hotel was relaxed and quiet. town was about a 20 minute walk with good restaurants and night life. highly recommended

It is always a pleasure coming back tho this hotel, we have now had 3 great holidays here.
The accommodation is perfectly suited to us as we have two children ages 4 and 6 and there is plenty of room in the apartment for all of us. The rooms have a fridge and a cooker and are always kept clean.
Food is always delicious with plenty of choice for adults and children. The staff are always friendly and always remember us. We have met some great people here and the children enjoy the kids club and mini disco in the evening.
The town and beach is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the hotel or the hotel has runs a bus service. This is a great place to stay for anyone who has a young family.

The hotel is clean relaxing and friendly. We loved the size of the room an being a family of 4 found space no problem, although our children are young. Everything was clean and well maintained. The food was good with a wide variety, which was replaced frequently. Well stocked supermarket on-site.
Only complaint is that Son Bou itself is a bit drab, but the hotel is great.

My partner and I have just returned from spending a week at this hotel. The apartment was clean and spacious but had little natural light and was also damp. The smell hit us each time we returned to the room - we assume this is why the portable dehumidifier was left running by the maid each day.Our clothes were damp hanging in the wardrobe. There was only one outdoor bar (the bar inside was closed all week)and any entertainment provided was spoilt by noisy children. The hotel was obviously good for families but not so much for couples wanting something a little more sophisticated.
