Le Reve Hotel & Spa

The Hotel Le Reve is an amazing new hotel located on the Xcalacoco beach near Playa del Carmen in Mexico. The view is great from any room, the staff is extremely polite, available and helpful. As for the rooms themselves, they all are very well designed and comfortable. This eco-friendly hotel is perfect to relax and to have romantic moments.

We have selected Le Rêve according to Tripadvisor to spend a single week of summer break. The property is excellent for relaxing and it has been a perfect venue when you have only a week break to shape-up and relax. The few staff members were absolutely friendly and helpful. The 5 days (9 to 14th) were absolutely restful. As a frequent traveller (160 to 200 nights in hotel every year) I expect a minimum food & beverage service. At Le Rêve the food is poor and overpriced and there is no service between regular meal hours.... more

We were astonished at how beautiful and posh Le Reve was! The pictures and brochures always have you believing the resort is nicer than it actually is. Well, in this case, it is the opposite. Le Reve is like something out of a dream. The pictures don't do it justice. My husband and I decided on Le Reve for our 8 night honeymoon and couldn't have made a better choice!! The staff tends to your every need and the accommodation's are tooooooooo good to be true. We would recommend the bungalow because having your own private pool was just amazing. This is a new hotel and we actually had two entire days completely to ourselves, which was so romantic. I attented my best friend's wedding at Le Reve, and decided to stay there for the week-end. It was brillant from a to z!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the receptionnist, and the check-in takes place on the two sofas, in the lobby, with a wonderful view to caribbean..great start! I discovered this hotel by searching online for boutique hotels in Mexico. There were not many reviews for Le Reve but found beautiful pictures of the hotel at http://www.locogringo.com/playa/lereve.html. One look at these photos and we were ready to pack our bags. I just came back from a week holiday in Mexico. I must defintelty recomend this hotel! Since the moment we got there with my husband everything was so amazing: the rooms, the service, the food, the pool, the beach... We have been traveling for many years and we are demanding guests: belive me, this place attended our expectations and gave us an amazing holiday! Le Reve is a small and very beautiful hotel with an amazing beachfront and great amenities. The food is great, the design is so cool and the service is delightful. I enjoyed its privacy and good vibe...if you like the Mexican Caribean you can't miss this place!!

Spectacular, serene, sensational, stylish, surpassing expectations, sophisticated. Big words but well deserved for Le Reve. My girlfriend and I stayed at Le Reve, for two nights. From the moment you arrive, everything is above your expectations. You have to take a little road from the main highway to get to the hotel, the road is awful, but as soon as you arrive everything seems to be in place.
