Regarding your disappointment to the Luggage policy, in fact as per Dubai Authority, we should not accept luggage storage after guests check out unless it is inspected carefully. However, due to the number of guest comments we have received similar to yours, we have changed the policy effective today and we can accept guest luggage storage for few hours after check out.
